The service here is outstanding. The staff goes above and beyond to help in anyway you need. Our room came with breakfast which was aways some kind of eggs and bread and fruit and coffee. It was always very good and if you needed your eggs cooked a bit more they would do that for you. There are no elevators...

We stayed here with a mission team. Great clean accommodations. I highly recommend if you need a place to stay in Chiangmai. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Nice service. Good breakfast. Fresh towels and room service provided daily. Air conditioned rooms.

Comfortable bed, simple furnishings and bathroom, pleasant staff who speak English. Very close to the old city, near the bustle but on a very quiet road. Everything you could need within easy walking distance. Laundry service available. We stayed there six nights. AC and wifi fully functional, quiet and dark at night.

Pros - Location within night baazar and old city. Room size is satisfactory and air-cond is good. Con-No lift for a 7 storey hotel. Old and requiring upgrade. Room very basic and smell emitting from the toilet outlet. Need to close the door all the time after use. Television is provided but remote does not work. Hotel does not provide...

A little off the beaten path, but still a convenient location for all to do in Chiang Mai. If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay with a clean (firm) bed, this may be the place for you. Our bathroom was a bit tight and basic, bed the room itself was comfortable. The staff was friendly and the...

Rooms were clean bathrooms were as well. We stayed at a "nice" regular hotel and found this bathroom and shower to be better. Close to many attractions and good service. Clean towels each morning - We would stay again.

Myself and my partner stayed here after a late flight, it was just somewhere to rest our head for a few hours and nothing more. The rooms were very outdated and there was very poor pressure on the shower! There was also a very old TV with a hefty fine if damaged which we didn't bother touching. They gave us...

Well .. it's inexpensive, the bed's clean and the air conditioning works. Apart from that, the rooms are small, dark and dingy and the corridors would be familiar to anybody who's seen the inside of a prison. The woman who seems to run the place was the most unwelcoming I've ever come across in Thailand. Check-in is supposed to be...
