We are staying here for 2 nights (with tonight being our second). The room is clean but a bit outdated. The staff have been helpful and nice but nothing extraordinary. The room comes with air conditioning but seems to kick on and off and I find it very stuffy. There is a small fridge here and they do provide you...

Large clean room with good size bathroom in the main part of the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance of markets and restaurants. They offer good massages at the hotel. Lovely buffet breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

Good value for money with great standard. The reception staff was very nice and flexible. Little swimming pool where you would come to refresh yourself rather than to swim but definitely appreciated. Rooms were quiet and agreable - i would recommend

If wifi is no concern to you then this hotel is brilliant. You get coupon for a free drink (not alcoholic) at the reception lounge for each day of your stay. The reception area is very grand, lots of seating and open plan design. Stay are very friendly. The rooms are very spacious. The shower went hot and cold, but...

I am staying at 3rd floor of the old building which do not have lift. This is ok for me as I only have one hand carry luggage. The suite is huge, with one bedroom and a lounge, and bathroom. The decor is a bit old and the furniture is a bit outdated, but overall it is clean and comfortable,...

On arrival we found out that our room didn't have a lift. They said it will be on the fourth floor if we wanted to change we could only have a small room. For a group of 3 we decided to take the larger room. Little did we know that it might not have been the best. We arrived early...

I booked this hotel via Agoda and while the lobby looked quite snazzy the hotel itself is a lot more complex than what meets the eye. The building has secondary complex next to the main which does not have a lift. We were given a room on the top floor (4 floors) which was quite a walk. Wifi was particularly...

I stayed here on two occasions during my time in northern Thailand both times I found the service to be professional if lacking in English skills. The first time, I stayed by myself in the secondary building. I was surprised to find a single person spa bath in the room. On my second visit I stayed in a twin bed...
