The hotel was good and clean and it was really cheap. However, they lacked security measures, as we put things on the safebox and they didnt gave us a ticket. My friend also sent clothes to the laundry and they didnt had them ready when we had to leave. However, the staff sent it to our hotel in Phuket and...

Bed was hard, room smelled kind of musty, a/c worked well. Third floor with stairs as only access. No bugs, room was clean, floor was coming apart in places. Lights missing shades. Room was very hot on arrival. For the price it was okay but I won't be back. Not the best area of Chiang Mai either.

The room was very clean and tidy and the people at the reception always very kind and helpful..we stayed in this hotel for three nights and the position is perfect to visit the old town, and you can take a tuk tuk to the night markets or wherever you wanna go..well done sira!

I stayed here for five days. The staff are nice but the place is a bit run down and not clean. There three flights of stairs, no help with luggage when you arrive and no elevator. Not great for kids, I had to carry my son up three flights. When we got to our room, there were holes in the...

I stayed here from 3nights with two friends. Having read reviews before about other hotels on here and they have turned out wrong I thought go and give this a try. Well what others have said are right. It is very dark and feels so dirty with all the wood. It's full of bugs everywhere. Staff are not the best...

Recently spent 6 days at the Sira Boutique Hotel and it's a very impressive hotel. Warm friendly greeting on arrival by English speaking staff. Rooms are spacious with the added benefit of a bathtub which you don't see many hotels have. Breakfast served in the restaurant is the perfect way to start the day. In the evening relax with friends...

We thought some reviews looked OK but this hotel was the worst I've ever seen. There were 3 men carrying large equipment for exterminating as we entered. They showed us 4 rooms and after we thought we had one decent one I found bugs in the bed and blood on the sheets. Staff were pleasant but could not refund us....

From a couple who travel alot, it makes us angry at all the other potential guests that are going to be sold an extremely overpriced service, from a hotel that does not even meet basic requirements. -Wifi only worked in public areas not in room -bed was rock solid and extremely uncomfortable -there was an overwhelming smell of urine coming...

Me and my partner stayed here last week - we booked in for 5 nights for £60 a night. For that price in Thailand we imagined it would be a nice hotel as the pictures looked appealing (FALSE advertisement). How wrong were we! We arrived and checked in to our room - filthy. Toilet seat was hanging off, ripped dirty...

Our Deluxe Family-sized Room (#101) smelled like sewage, there were mice in the room, the Jacuzzi tub was not operational, and there was an unsealed door leading to an alley next to our bed. Also, it was not very "Family sized" and was quite small for any more than two people. You might have a better stay if you get something...
