Clean hotel, only 5-10 minutes drive away from all major attractions in Chiang Mai. Our biggest disappointment was the quality of the staff. They placed us in the wrong room, were fairly rude and not much help when we asked for information or advise about the city.

Our stay at the Sira was very good. The staff was great, very helpful and fun. The tour service at the hotel was a pleasant surprise and even saved us money on tours I had booked from home! The hotel is in the best location-right in the old city where most of the action and attractions are. The famous "Mophet...

We have just completed a five night stay at Sira and for the money we paid, we were pleasantly surprised! It was a lovely spacious room and bathroom, which came with some toiletries. The room was air conditioned and had an air purifier. There were also complimentary bottles of water in our fridge daily. The staff were very friendly and...

Excellent hotel with very helpful and friendly staff 2 nights in a deluxe room Requested a quiet room , at the back of the hotel (had seen on street view was close to main road ) and also at late notice required a early check in , On arrival at the hotel , the lobby staff seem to be waiting...

We stayed here for 3 nights during our stay in Chiang Mai, but not all concurrent. Although, overall we enjoyed our stay, the first night out of 3 we had a room that was not something I'd recommend to anyone! With dark wood and no windows, poor air con, mosquitos everywhere and a broken shower on our first night we...

I got a value deal @1600 baht for two nights and my room was situated in the first floor.I had trouble sleeping at night because of clanging sounds from upstairs. The room's ventilation was poor, it felt damp and flies kept creeping in. Had to use aerosol multiple times. Wouldn't recommend it.

This hotel is worth a visit if you're feeling rich. The decor is in an old style and we had a 4 poster bed in our room which was cool. The bathroom was amazing and includes a jacuzzi bath!! We paid 1800B for one night though, which I think is too much considering we didn't get breakfast included. Staff were...

I stayed 2 nights at Sira Boutique Hotel. The rooms were clean and simple, not luxury, but that was OK with me. I booked last minute and was plenty surprised. Good location, easy walking around town. My only issue was that on the second day I had no hot water. I don't need much as a traveler, but would be...

Stayed here for 5 nights and had a great time here, not a luxury hotel but doesn't pretend to be. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Location is ok, small tuk tuk ride to many of the places but as in all of Chiang Mai it is a lot cheaper than other places in Thailand. Would definitely stay here...

So very overpriced for a hostel type venue. Family room equalled 3 beds squashed into one room. $100 per night will get you luxury elsewhere. No kettle! No way will I be drawn into buying coffee from their cafe. Your room is air conditioned but the rest of the place is hot. Aussies you will be as angry as I...
