The hotel has a minimalist design so you won't be wowed by things that you don't need. Everything you will need is there, and if you want anything else, staff will treat you like family to help you obtain it. The breakfast is coked freshly each day with several hot and cold options. Coffee is made as you like it personally. Fresh juices, milk, water are available 24/7 and the reception desk is also staffed that way.Bed is for adults only, maintaining quiet hours so you will have your rest. I recommend it highly.

We chose this hotel based on the numerous 5 star reviews and agree with every one of them - this hotel is absolutelty incredible and has everything you could wish for. Although the hotel and rooms are relatively small, the design and clever use of the space means you never feel claustrophobic, with lots of space and facilities. We had one of the rooms with a balcony straight onto the pool and this made for a lovely lounging and toe dipping experience - as we never sawe anyone else in the pool, it was like having our own private pool all to ourselves! The highlight through is the breakfast - quite simply the best hotel breakfast I've ever eaten anywhere in the world. Every day a full selection of hot and cold items are freshly baked and cooked, offering traiditional Thai flavours with a French twist, as well as western choices too. This included freshly baked chocolate cinammon swirls, croissants, dauphinoise potatoes, pork kebabs, chicken noodles, sticky rice, boiled eggs, Thai burgers, along with all the condiments, fresh coffee, juices etc. Along with this there is unlimited chilled bottle water, fresh fruit juices, fizzy drinks and Thai biscuits always available 24/7. They also have a couple of adorable cats who will let you pet them but don't intrude on anyone not so keen on them. Wifi is free, fast and available everywhere. Lastly, the service levels at this hotel are unlike anything I've ever seen before - they simply could not do anything more! One night we were trying to order a pizza delivery (we had been on a 12 hour tour so we were very tired!) and I couldn't arrange this on my phone so the receptionist ordered on her phone and liased with the delivery driver for us. Staff went well above and beyond, especially Farn who was exceptional. Great value. Room are spacious, nice, clean. Breakfast was 5 star fantastic. Really good location, 10 mins from the airport and right in the Old Town.

We stayed 4 nights at BED. We were having a great time and feeling very relaxed. The breakfast was really good. The water, fruit juice was free. We love the orange juice. The staffs were very friendly. They cared for us and greeted us as the door when we went out and back to the hotel.

I don't exaggerate when I say BED Phrasingh was the best place I have ever stayed on vacation. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with our every need, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms themselves were clean, spacious, and well-stocked. There was no trouble storing our luggage with the front desk while my partner and I went on an overnight trip to a nearby village. The 2 hotel cats were a lovely surprise - very well behaved and friendly! I will definitely stay with BED in my future travels.

BED was the perfect place to spend 3 nights in Chiang Mai. They have struck a perfect of balance of amenities where you want them, while still no frills to keep cost low. There is a wonderful pool, free bottled water, free breakfast and a very friendly staff. Perfect step up from a hostel without breaking the bank. This is actually my 2nd time here. First in 2019 and this year. Bed Phrasingh Hotel has never disappoint me at all! Breakfast were awesome with numerous choice from Asian to Western delights. They taste great! On my 3rd day, I face with a tap leaking issue and the staff on duty quickly move me to another room and ensure me everything is fine! I am really grateful and thankful for all the staffs for all the patience and understanding towards me during my stay.. Will definitely be back here again whenever I visit Chiangmai. Cheers

I had a great stay at BED Phrasingh! The room was perfectly neat and exceptionally clean, with all the essentials. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options from traditional Thai foods and fresh fruits, to more European/American options. I also appreciated the unlimited free juice and water in reusable glass bottles, as well as the free mini bar in the room stocked with more water and soda. The facility was also beautiful, with a lovely courtyard and pool and the cutest cat roaming the halls. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that little seemed to be done for mosquito control. There were so many bugs flying around the halls in the evenings, so even if I entered or exited my room very quickly, a few would make their way in. The mosquito situation also meant that the lovely little terrace area attached to my room was unusable without getting bitten repeatedly. This was a relatively small issue, but I wanted to let others, who may be sensitive to mosquito bites, know. All in all, I thought this hotel was great value for the money given the location, price, and amenities.…

Excellent experience at the BED Prasingh Adults only hotel. I was very surprised of every detail, the staff is absolutely kind, respectful and friendly, the room absolutly clean and comfortable, breakfast delicious, generous and with a wide range of different options! And best of all, its location at the old city, walking distance to many temples, cafes and restaurants. I recommend this hotel and will go back!

Thailand is one of the world’s most renowned destinations and Chiangmai is definitely one of the must-go places. Travelers don’t travel the world for the hotel but for an unforgettable time in Thailand, attracted by the beauty, cultural heritage and the unparalleled friendliness of the Thai people. We had a wonderful stay at BED, even better than what we expected. The design of the hotel is amazing, the rooms are very modern and comfortable, we slept very well. The location is perfect. The breakfast is delicious, made by a chef, which typical dishes from Chang Mai but also occidental choices. And what makes the difference : the whole staff is so nice, really careful and helpful. If we come back to Chiang Mai one day, no doubt it will be at BED !
