I recently stayed here for 5 days and had the most comfortable stay! It is truly luxurious but with a home comfort feeling. The staff is very kind and attentive and was able to help me with several queries. I loved that it is very close to several restaurants, shopping mall, night market, salons, etc! From the quality of the service to the luxury room this hotel gives 5 star quality with value. There is nothing better then spending all day temple hopping in the heat to come back to your room and relax in the serene outdoor tub or drink one of 3 signature mojitos poolside. After traveling in Asia for 2 weeks it was nice to order room service or dine in their Italian fusion restaurant. All the menu items were delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a bit of a luxury experience located conveniently for shopping and dining.

Akyra is one of the best hotel + facilities I’ve ever been so far After we were left disappointed from the first hotel in Chiang Mai, we were looking for the better one and we chose Akyra for 2 nights Best decision of the trip With super soft bed, amazing shower room, nice quality breakfast Welcoming vibes, especially staff, Khun Koi at the front office … she is the best staff ever !! My family and I stayed here for 2 nights and we enjoyed our stay in this wonderful hotel. Not only was the location convenient to many restaurants, the front desk staff were very friendly as well (shout out to Goi and Oat) for helping me with the Chiang Mai tour experience. All staffs are exceptional! Would definitely come back here again.

This will be hard because there are too many names to point out! The one that stands out most however is OAT. He greeted us upon our arrival. He showed us our room in detail that has rarely been done for us before. The sheets in this hotel are, bar none, the best we have EVER slept on. I’m going to try and buy them once I return home (couldn’t fit in suitcase)! The place is modern. Others have noted/complained about the dark hallways…but those heavy curtains actually muffle all sounds. The bathtub was wonderful and my husband and I enjoyed the “lounge” music they had playing on the really nice music system in the room, along with a bath bomb they sold in their store and a gin and tonic from the mini bar…ahhhh, bliss. The location was outstanding. We took a long walk into the old quarter our first night and saw many of the temples (silver and wood most unique) and the outdoor market. Then had 2 days of tours with a driver we had arranged. We didn’t feel the need to go to the old town after. Instead we meandered the streets near us, got a massage, AMAZING coffee places, and enjoyed live music. Every time we had a question or a need (ice, shave kit….) the Akyra team was responsive and everyone had smiles and a desire to please. We also used their airport round trip service. Nong was our friendly driver and waited for us to get our last coffee “to go”. Pea and Yo helped us with dinner reservations by the River and got us a discount on a “grab” (Uber) car. Otherwise we used tuk tuks. And Mai checked us out calmly with 3 other couples waiting to check in or ask questions…talk about unflappable! This is really the place to be. We were VERY happy. We did not use the pool although had a drink one evening at the rooftop bar which was fine. The only suggestion I would make is to have better coffee for morning breakfast service. This town is popping with good coffee! The breakfast itself though was otherwise wonderful..so don’t let that deter you from a marvelous stay here! (Oh and the laundry service was great as well..just in case).…

Eight story hotel in Chiang Mai’s hip neighbourhood but only a 30 minute walk to the Old City. Contemporary concept interiors - we had a huge deluxe suite including a circular outside bath tub big enough for two plus an addition patio with table and sofa. There was also a living area. Everything felt very new - divine bed a goose down comforter. Pool/bar area on the 8th floor roof area: small but refreshing pool - god for a dip. Minimal lounge seating by the pool. A la carte breakfast (included in our rate) served in the main floor restaurant. Lots of cofes, restaurants, shops and trendy White Market close by. Staff pleasant and helpful. Great alternative if you don’t want to be in the Old City area.

What a beautiful place to stay! It’s very well located in a nice neighborhood. The staff was very welcoming and friendly during all of our stay. The highlight is the rooftop pool, so cool! The breakfast was delicious. I can’t wait to come back!

We loved everything about Akyra Manor! Rooms were perfect! A real good size plus ultra modern! Couldn't fault a thing. Location was perfect! A real good choice of restaurants/bars straight out the front of the hotel. It's definitely worth heading up to the roof top bar at the hotel as well. Cocktails were amazing & reasonably priced! Great sunsets up there too! The staff were all very helpful & full of smiles! Truly made our stay one to remember! We can't wait to return, thanks again to everyone at Akyra Manor!
