The staff was very kind and accomodating. The room was cozy and comfortable. I loved their natural products (soap, shampoo, conditioner and Lotion). I forgot to buy some on the way out however. We will return to this hotel. The location was great!

The Cost-Performance ratio is low. The room was small that I didn't know where to put my baggage. They offer hair dryer and bottled water. But they "DO NOT" offer toothbrush and toothpaste which I think these are the important equipment that the hotel should have. The staff said that I need to live a more expensive room so I...

We were pleasantly surprised by this well-appointed boutique hotel. The friendly and accommodating staff made our stay so comfortable. They provided boxed breakfasts for two early mornings, played with our kids, helped hail tuk tuks and provide directions, spoke great English, and were all just so sweet. The location was in a quieter area of town but within walking distance...

We stayed at the Shewe Wana for 6 nights and from check-in to check-out, our stay was perfect and this was due mostly to the staff. We received an excellent and friendly welcome from Pink and trainee Sarah at the front desk. All of the front desk staff were wonderful in making our stay in Chiang Mai a very pleasant...

As always with a hotel, the staff are what makes the stay. The staff at Shewe Wana certainly helped make our stay in Chiang Mai memorable. We got a nice welcome, lots of detail about the hotel and the town and our bags arrived in our room promptly. During our stay they arranged a city tour, bargained with a taxi...

Wonderful resort with great staff! Our family did not want to leave. As beautiful as the resort it, the staff makes the guest feel so special. We will save up and return as soon as we can. The spa is fantastic and we loved the treatment services here!

It is always great when you find a hotel that actually meets and matches what the reviews say on Social Media, and this place exceeded that. An excellent and simply decorated hotel/resort with some thoughtful and special touches, very hard to find these days unfortunately..We stayed in a one bedroom family Suite with a king and single bed with plenty...

More rustic than Boutique. Good points- breakfast and quietness. Staff were friendly and we used the tuk tuk service. Room disappointing- round the back in an alley with no view. All other rooms have balcony or terrace. This room should be offered at a cheaper rate as you don't get the outside space. Stayed 4 nights (we paid in advance)...

Lovely small resort with thai style rooms that were daily serviced. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was great with variety of western and thai cooked on demand. You could also have your favourite latte made as well. Only thing I could criticise would be that we went in February and pools were very cold so could not have a...
