I made my booking with booking.com And the photo of the pool was lovely,so I booked it at 1300bt(£29) a night,it was not the pool in the photo, and no breakfast included, the room outdated,if I saw the real photo I would have gone somewhere better for less money, but I was also told that is the photo for the private pool and...

An excellent resort in Central Pattaya with nice location and other activities. Taxi are available and money changer is next to the road. Central center pattaya is just 2-3 minutes walk away. Pattay beach is also very near. Rooms are awesome with large balcony.

Friendly staff, nice pool area but unfortunately the rooms are very dated with old furniture and below standard air conditioning. Very noisy in the standard room block. Even the slightest noise echos along the corridor. There are much better value places to stay in pattaya.

It's a nice hotel but old, in a good location, there are some well priced rooms but they do go quick, the pool areas are nice and they can order papers for you as staff quite friendly, it's located in the middle of 2nd road so very good for everything

We stayed here for 9 nights in Feb this year with a large group, our room was very dated and the first thing we did was purchase some deodorisers from the Big C across the road to rid the bad odour. Second night into the stay we heard rats running around in the room. There was an ant problem in...

I'll review this again at the end of my stay but first impression was favourable with friendly staff to help park and check in. I spoke Thai, so not sure about their English. Nice clean room with a working safe which is nice. Close by parking right outside and it's in the real heart of north Pattaya. If that's your...

We stopped at Sabai resort on our way to other areas. 2 lots of 2 nights and 1 overnight stay. The Sabai resort is quiet and clean. The staff provide good service. Reasonable pool. Good aircon. Location good. Not far in Bart bus to beach and larger shops and bars. Good shops and smaller bars around the Sabai. Great local...

This is an older property that is very spread out, stretching between Second and Third roads. The staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable. The wifi was very good but the cable TV channels disappeared the first night we were there and never returned. The breakfast was good with plenty of Thai and Western food to choose from.
