not everything that shines is gold, 3 star hotels are better than this hotel The owner of this hotel should visit a Other five star hotel once and see the arrangement. Hotel condition is critical. Intensive care unit Hotel has gone very bad breakfast, lazy staff, 15 year old television for entertainment, There are very few employees who have a smile on their face and reply back to your hello

This is a hotel recommended by Chinese tourists. The lobby is huge but the warmth from the people across the reception is not great. Huge rooms and they gave a room facing the backside. The hotel was only 20% occupied. They could have definitely given a room facing the pool and the main street to win some brownie points. The breakfast was ok. There is a 7-11 store right outside. Also for some odd reason the room service for food shuts by 8pm BKK time. Not a pleasant stay at all.

Excellent overall - Staff informative - Close to Big C supermarket - Comfy bed - Great room service - Great walking foot path past Big C to second road for Baht Bus - Especially for Pattaya's wonky paths. - Re location.

Staying here for 8 days and first day we have to change our rooms because of the noise from pool and cleaners. No way you can sleep here in day time because of the noise from cleaners and next door when they going out or coming in ! Breakfast is horrible and not to European taste which is not nice and I don't know how they made here 4 start hotel ? Overall I wont come back here for sure and not recommending it at all 😏

I normally don’t leave reviews but I feel I need to explain why I rate this a 1 star. Firstly this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel yet it felt no better than a 3 star. It takes around 15 minutes to check in and once you get to your room the air con is not even on and the room is extremely hot. The balcony is full of dust and the chairs are too dirty to actually sit on and enjoy the view. We ordered room service and it took the staff 18 hours to pick up the dirty plates we placed outside the door. I wanted to take a shower at 1am and the hot water was turned off. I called the lobby and waited close to an hour for them to turn the heater back on. Breakfast has almost no variety to chose from. We went to the gym only to find out it was in the middle of the lobby with no lights or air conditioning. We left our room at 1 pm and got back at 6pm when they where busy cleaning… I mean who cleans the room at 6pm? We had to sit very uncomfortably and wait for the ladies to finish cleaning…. The room is nice, but besides that…. This is the worst 5 star experience I have ever had and will rather book somewhere else when we return to Pattaya. Thanks

On the surface an impressive hotel with super Lobby and large modern rooms. Closer inspection not so good: no power sockets by beds, no shaver socket in bathroom, uneven floor tiles, no mirror above dressing table, sink that drained so slowly. Hotel worked hard to resolve problems including a flood in the bathroom and supplying extension cables. Beds comfy and cleaning team excellent, breakfast ok but rather oddly no knives. The place feels like a ghost hotel with closed bar and restaurants and small staff. Swimming pool lovely and large but dreadful decoration, the pool terrace could be spectacular but looks as if a bunch of 7 year olds were given £20 to spend in Poundland to style it (plastic lemons and sunflowers stuck to the wall). The place feels unloved and uncared for, it functions OK but could be amazing with a greater attention to detail.

This hotel is certainly grand indeed with an ornate foyer like a checking in lounge at an airport and massive bedrooms. The building dominates the surrounding area and you can imagine it would cater for thousands of Chinese tourists very well. It’s spotlessly clean and well maintained and exceptional value for money. I would describe the rooms as more understated as they are decorated in brown with plain fittings but the beds are comfy and the bathroom is good with a fantastic shower. Air conditioning was not the best and did not seem to get cool enough probably because the room was so large. The pool was large too but not massive compared to the size of this hotel. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Although I cannot fault this hotel it’s hard to describe as I found it to have no atmosphere and it appeared to have no soul about it. Wi-Fi was good however and there was plenty of channels on the tv. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to beach road but near to terminal 21. You can flag down a baht bus easily on second road to reach bars and walking street. I would certainly recommend for a short stay.

Love everything at this place, big room (gor the price), clean, nice and soft bed and pillows. The towels are soft and thick (not like usual hotel which is thtin and dry). Did not use the pool and have breakfast this time but love to come back again!
