Huge room, daily serviced, really enjoyed my stay here, breakfast buffet has a huge choice to select from, only downfall would be the counter staff who are unfriendly and took my passport then giggled as they past it around.

The morning receptionist was rude and very unfriendly. She would have cracked her face if she smiled. The way she behaved was as if you were asking her to pay. She didn't explain anything. Asked for your passport and that was too much trouble her having to photocopy it. Didn't explain that you had to have a voucher for breakfast,...

“Get a higher floor as all the Russian groups get the lower floors so noise will not disturb you. Don't rush early for breakfast again the Russian groups are early so best to wait until they are past gouging.”
