This was all we could have wanted, and more. The staff are lovely: attentive, helpful and most have a reasonable command of English for which we are extremely grateful. The facilities are top class, even if not all were open and available as the city slowly gets back to its feet after the effects of COVID. Breakfast is sensational (even in our case when isolating in the room due to COVID-testing requirements). Nothing was too much trouble - a monster-size buffet for two delivered to the room! Pippa's restaurant on the top floor is fantastic, even if you're paying prices similar to what you might in the west. The views from there, from the rooms and even from the beautiful pool are incredible. Location-wise it is also great. Just out of the thick of the beachfront activity but certainly close enough to walk to any of the main features. Shops, shopping centres, bars, restaurants and the beach are all a stone's throw away. The only thing stopping me from giving it five stars was that they forgot to be there at the airport when we arrived for the pick-up, test and transport process that was mandatory for international visitors at our time of travel.…

This is my first time that I stayed at Mytt beach hotel and I was amazed that they're nice and kind 💖💖💖 Best view, foods, room and staff!! I recommend that you must stay here ;) Wantana and Pippa Restaurant was nice too! Their foods are perfect and tasty yum yum!

The hotel is situated in the middle of the soi three. It’s well maintained. It’s got all the modern amenities. But if you are a vegetarian ,the options are very very limited as in the room service and also on the pool they have only Thai menu which has mostly non-vegetarian dishes. Even the rooftop restaurant serves mostly Thai cuisine so if you’re looking for variety in food this is not where you will get it. Even for breakfast vegetarian option is v limited to breads salads, muffins. But the ladies at the reception were very helpful as I was stung by a sea urchin and they really helped out. Also they took care about it for another day to keep asking how I was feeling and if every thing was fine which was really a very sweet gesture.

Had a few issues at breakfast, some staff grumpy, not enough food choice. Staff had poor English so difficult to communicate, masks didn't help. Room clean, comfortable bed and amazing pillows. Balcony was so small, what was the point. Beach not great for Thailand and sea not clear. Had bad experience at checkout, they said I had left mascara marks on a face cloth and I needed to pay for the facecloth. I refused and said just wash it, it will come out, this wasn't befitting of a 5 star resort. The hotel entrance is down a slum type road, overall I would not recommend, think there are better hotels in Pattaya.

Hotel is beautiful with very comfortable beds and staff are wonderful. Short walk to beach and walking distance to nightlife, the 10 baht bus is fantastic to get around Pattaya. A couple of negatives with the hotel is the noise at night from neighbouring bars which is no fault of theirs. They have a beautiful restaurant on the top floor which was very very expensive and no discount for residents, not really sure who they are trying to cater for. If you need to stay in Pattaya, this place is excellent.

It is a nice looking property, not very old, modern style. It is down a soi (alley) in the middle of the block across from some small bars. It was kept clean. Did not like the swimming pool. It was on the north side of the building and in the shade all day. Water was cold. Pool is narrow. Not family friendly. As far as the staff, some were good and some were not. The service overall was just average. Had problems with the tv and they didn't seem to know what to do. Breakfast buffet was ok, again just average. Would not stay there again, many better options in Pattaya.
