The best decoration of the room is your stuff scattered around! ...and that in the superior rooms! The rooms are basic! The poolside rooms are VERY loud until the bar opposite the street shuts down! The breakfast buffet is also basic in an unpleasant ambiance! The "Good location" means only that it is near the Central Festival! Otherwise, bars are...

Spent two nights in two different rooms, both on the awful 2nd floor (was told "hotel is full"); 2nd floor is where they pile all the dirty linen (tons of it) making the entire floor look like a stable. My first room lied straight above the kitchen and the smell of cooked food started at 5am. On a positive note...

The hotel could do with a bit of money spending on it. The tv in the room is very old and the lack of channels isnt great. Wifi in the room works fine, no major issues. Rooms are basic but clean. I am staying in 411 and although a little noisy from the street at night it's bearable. Staff have...

If ever there was a case of a Cheap Charlie, penny pinching and all for a few baht ruining our stay in the hotel, this is it! Small things like a hair dryer, kettle, cups – not supplied, we bought our own. The whole feel about the hotel was one of saving a few baht and who cares what the...

A good hotel with centre location, Near to everything, all bars are around the hotel. Neat and clean rooms, front desk is very helpful, the best thing is you can book all activities around pattaya such as coral island, sanctuary of truth, alcazar show from hotel itself. Housekeeping also do their job to the best, bell service is good. Only...

A friend of mine booked this hotel for me, he stays here very regularly. It is a nice hotel, right in the heart of the action. Surrounded by good bars and not far from the beach. The rooms are clean and tidy. TV choices are fairly limited for English only speakers, but you can watch news etc. Very reasonably priced,...

I visit Pattaya on average twice a year. I often stay at the Eastiny Seven. I stay because of its central location in Pattaya. If you like to stay out until at least 3am, then this hotel I highly recommend. Soi 7 is full of bars and restaurants so you don't have to walk too far to your room after...

The Hotel is located just 3 minutes walking from the Beach road, though past a lot of trip bars that are filled with prostitues and party goers at night. the room was fine, though the doors lock was ancient, which made me have very little trust in the doors. the pool was nice and cosy, though it feels very dirty...
