On the 3rd lane and 15-20 minute to Walking street our stay was 1/11/19 to 3/11/19 of 16 person booked 7 rooms for 2 night was great experience,we were welcome by front desk manager Ms Nana who was very polite and co operative,the rooms size was big,excellent and well maintain,toilet was bit small,strong Wi-fi, LED TV,mini bar,Tea and coffee maker in every room,nice pool and the best part was you can get all types of Indian menu with taste on reasonable price,we had free breakfast which was mostly Indian dishes prepare by Mr.Ramandeep Singh who is Indian Chef,beside the hotel there is good massage parlor and 7 Eleven mini store,the hotel have travel desk too.I strongly recommend all the Indian tourist to stay specially for food and family stay.

I stayed here for 1 night and the room is very nice, clean and street view. Only a little thing is that we had to walk up to the 3rd Floor but I stayed at the buiding without elevator. The hotel is almost for Indian guests and maybe the name of hotel is shown for this reason. The location is just okay, not really closed to the center.

This is a great lil hotel, think it might be a new hotel as it was incomplete (lifts) and taxi drivers didn't kniw where it was.
The hotel is modern and clean.
The room was a great size, eveything u need. Tv was great, water was hot, had a balcony,wifi and a safe.
The staff was wonderful and friendly.
Rooms was cleaned every day with fresh towerls.
There is a free pool table.
The pool was small with about 4sun chairs.
Before u biik, bare in mind there's a cinstruction site right outside the entrance.
Location was great, about 15mins walk to walking street.
Lots off shop closed by.
Would i stay again? Yeah due to the friendly staff and nuce mordern room with air con.
We didn't see any guest as i think there was only 3 rooms occupied inc mine. Maybe its cos it's new or it could be low season.

During our stay from 20th sept 2019 to 23rd sept 2019, 10 pax for 3 nights. hotel has 2 buildings of 5 floors - one building does not have lift ????? we were put in that building without lift, 1st day on 3rd floor, then next 2 days on 5th floor for some strange reasons. that too our room was booked one month in advance. we ourselves had to take our luggage & bring down while check out, no staff or bell boy. for 2 pax, they give you only 1 glass, if u need extra, go down and get it.
Reg breakfast , for 3 days, they give you puri and subzi, (fed up of puris everyday, and same menu everyday), omlette live counter is there, burma fellow gets mad, with loads of order, for 1 small omlette u have to wait for 20 mins.

there are lots of other better option in pattaya, this hotel is also located at bad location, no tuk tuk fellow knows the address.

The property is really very good. rooms are spacious , cleaned and equipped with latest facilities. The Staff is really very helpful and cool. Their Head Chef Mr. Ramandeep Singh is excellent person , who prepares a really very tasty food for Indians and for foreigners as well. We spent 3 days and he served ultimate food on 3 different days. Really nice play to stay.

Very bad experience I don't recommend it at all. the manager was very rude and not friendly, we think he was drunk and maybe thats the reason he was so aggressive. there's nothing wrong with the hotel itself just the manager.

I highly recommend this Hotel. It is not a beachfront hotel. About 10 - 15 minutes walk to Walking Street and beach area. The hotel is extremely clean. The rooms are very spacious and and stylish furnished. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Thanks to Ramin for always checking on us and. Unfortunately I cannot remember all the staff names, but they were all great. They have a pool where you can cool off. The only thing is missed was a lift, but at least you get some exercise. :) I highly recommend this hotel and it is also very affordable.

Very new hotel just next to 3rd road. Rooms are quite alright in terms of size and amenities. These ones facing main road are noisy. Car Parking is rather small. Staff is quite polite and efficient. Good choice for overnight accommodation, especially if traveling by car.
