I got upgrade room, so delightful with fast process of checking in. My room was facing with the view of Ao Pattaya, very nice view both noon and night. I could enjoy watching speedboad and people at the sea all day and night. Room is in the good condition also very polite and helpful bellboy team. There's seven eleven closed by in the other buiding aslo walkable toTerminal 21 Pattaya which is take around 10 minutes from the hotel.
I used to stay at this property quite often, btu shifted my focus to InterContinental, where my IHG Ambassador status paid bigger dividends. I decided to return and check it out, given the close proximity to Terminal 21. As reflected in my overall rating, I was very happy with the hotel. My room was in the older wing and perhaps a little smaller than I would have liked, but it was very comfortable, with good views! Downsides: I was a little disappointed in the quality of the towels (which seemed to be hit or miss, as some were older and a little thread barren), as well as the pillows (which did not seem to correlate to the "firm" or "soft" designation on the pillow cases). The breakfast buffet was just okay. I had it included in my room rate and went, but did not return and…
We stayed at Holiday Inn Pattaya for couple of nights in late October 2019. As we went there with friends and looking for a comfortable stay, choosing Holiday Inn was a great decision for us. We reached the hotel pretty early around 9am and was exhausted with the overnight flight. The hotel managed to give us one room by 11am and another by 2pm. I sincerely believe they have tried their best on that case. We have booked 2 delux rooms at the 11th floor and the sea view from the room was great. The room was huge and amenities were satisfactory. The room service was prompt. Their buffet breakfast was quite enjoyable. But I have expected them to be more experimental in terms of the items they have offered. Though the food was yummy. Their swimming pool has a stunning view. The…
I was very impressed with this facility the view was AWESOME from the 24th floor especially at night. The staff was very nice and helpful. The Breakfast buffet was good and the staff was good. I would like to give a special thanks to a server at the buffet her name is Ms. Natchanok (Mee Pooh) no matter what the the request she always responded with a smile and thank you. See you soon Pattaya.
The first thing you notice as a newbie to Pattaya is the heat. But once you become acclimatise you can start to appreciate that you are in a place very unique. This city doesn't believe in sleep, you can find something going on 24/7. From beer bars, cabaret shows, temples, water parks, markets, malls and beautiful scenery, Pattaya has it all. The price of accommodation, meals and travel are all very reasonable and inexpensive. Unfortunately although the beaches are relatively clean the sea leaves more to be desired. On saying that you do not need to travel far to find better quality beaches within a short drive or boat trip to one of the nearby islands. Pattaya is really a bit of an adult's playground and parts of it , particularly at night is certainly not suitable for…
