Me and my partner stayed here in November for 2 weeks. The Garden room was large and had all we wanted. The shower was always hot, and they supplied fresh soap and towels every day as well as bottled water and a room clean and service. The restaurant was pleasant, and staff were very helpful, though 1 or 2 of...

Cheap and good room with private bathroom and TV (flat screen). Breakfast Wi Fi and access to the sauna included in the price. Possibility to order more meals in the sauna. Nearby more restaurants, Seven/Eleven grocery store and Jomtien Beach. Good and clean gay sauna with pool, jacuzzi and dark rooms. Many nice and young Thais visiting a sauna. Sun...

Booking standard room, but big enough to feel comfortable. Clean and tidy. Good wifi. Various choices of breakfast. Beside the guesthouse, the sauna complex is itself an entertainment for guests and also local guys from outside. Clothing optional around the pool area and sauna. It's a 'come as you are' atmosphere in lobby and restaurant area. So you can come...

Not too easy to find but if it's your first time, just get a tuk-tuk. They may charge about 100-200baht depends on where u were picked up but it's ok for the first time. After u know your whereabouts, u can find other alternative transport if u like. Rooms are clean, place is very friendly, but I suppose you have...

Overall an ok place however attention to detail is much needed. Room was not very clean, there's no where to put toiletries i.e. Bath sponge, soap and shampoo. shower water runs all over bathroom. There's a water boiler for tea, coffee etc but have to put on floor near a plug socket for it to work. The restaurant staff are very...

Hi Kevin – Thank you for pointing out several details that should have been addressed before Firstly, it’s the first complaint we have had about any room not being clean You are quite right, there should be a rack on the shower wall for the guest’s own toiletries, that is being rectified today, not quite sure what you mean by...

Thank you for your 'Fantastic' review Mike - It's easy to be nice to guests who are as nice, charming and appreciative as you are. The only guests we have problems with are those who expect cut price 'Royal Cliff' accommodation and service for what we charge. Thank you once again Mike. Punya (Owner)

I have a lot of emotions about this place and can't explain and describe all my feelings. But everything in order. When I was going to Pattaya I wanted to stay in Sansuk but when I've read some reviews I had doubts about safety in this guesthouse. In spite of this I decided to stay in Sansuk at my own...

Thank you Novosibrisk from Russia for your very kind review. We think this review might be a good response to two not so good reviews about Sansuk previously in which the guests felt 'Not Safe and intimidated' and might answer why they felt ‘Out of place and unsafe’ Perhaps they were not 'Polite and well behaved' as Novosibirsk from Russia...

Great hotel and team always very friendly and helpful very close to Jomtien beach - highly recommend for new facilities, clean and friendly at great value. Sauna always very hot and busy and a great place to stay whether relaxing at pool or to come back to after the beach. Never stay anywhere else.

I am quite surprised to see a review below which seems to mostly agree with my own experience in Sansuk! The owners have done a fantastic job in maintaining a comfortable guest house, clean facilities, a sauna with acceptable standards (maybe not the best but it is perfectly fine to spend some time there), good restaurant, pool, gym etc. However,...

The place has good facilities, but if you are a lone visitor, you may feel unsafe and intimidated. I have experienced a threatening environment during my stay with hostile and loud comments. I could not even sleep peacefully as I did not feel secure.
