We always stay here when we go to Pattaya. It reminds me of a typical hotel style motel you find in country towns in Australia. The location is fantastic and only 100 metres to the Ocean and walking distance to everything else.During the day you can have a nice relax beside the pool while having a few cold beers. The owner and... AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Where do I start. Owner is an arrogant little French man with zero customer service skills. When visiting Pattaya last May I stumbled across this little hotel with a sign outside saying 999 thb per day and it looked great so asked to see one of the rooms, I was shown the room and... More

This place is a dump. Don't book this place online. You need to see what you are getting before you pay. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. The rooms are very small, very worn, and just generally ugly. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to you. I definitely would not recommend.

Hotel is in a quiet street with an average size swimming pool and a great bar and restaurant area. The rooms are spacious and cleaned to a high standard. Food in the restaurant is good quality and reasonably priced. All the staff are friendly and speak good English. Would stay at this hotel again if I return to Pattaya.

There is a nice ambience about this hotel which I have now eaten at twice. It's a great pity that the prices are high and the food very average. The Americans can Breakfast was ok but, admittedly with an additional 60 baht cup of coffee, 230 baht was too much. Staff were friendly enough but I would not go back... More

I really thought this was a beautiful property. The owners really care about it. Many Pattaya hotels seem old and run down with staff that doesn't care. It really is an oasis. I would recommend it highly. It is also centrally located to malls, the beach, the main drag, the bars.

If you like French food, or if just would like to try, this is a great place to go. The service is fast, the food is good, the prices are reasonnable. This is a nice outdoor restaurant. Avoid the night time near the swimming pool because of the mosquitoes
