well, if u like Pattaya with all his benefits and some shadows too the Mosaik Apartment is the right place. Its located 20m from the Tukcom in a quiet sidestreet in south-pattaya and around just some restaurants and massage-salon, so its quiet at night...but when u miss the venus, the walking-street or soi bukao is just a 10 min walk... I stayed here for two nights. I chose this hotel because this hotel is located at 10-minute walking distance from the Walking Street. Let me mention Pros and Cons. Pros: * Yes, it was actually 8 to 9-minute walk from Walking Street to the hotel. It was convenient, although I would not walk to the hotel in the summer time.... More

I booked a 60 m2 one-bedroom apartment for a month. Upon arrival, I paid 32’500 Baht, along with a deposit for electricity, water and housekeeping services. The optional room cleaning, bed linen and towel change, is available daily. Water is charged at 40 BHT/unit and electricity 7 BHT/unit. With two air-con units, I budget for 500 units of electricity per... More

I stayed here for 2 weeks in August 2015 on my first trip to Pattaya. I stayed in a studio room for 800 baht per night and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the rooms. Spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, good wifi and TV reception and a nice balcony with no view but, for the price, I think, very good... More

These units are very well located and fairly priced. They're within walking distance of "walking street", Friendship market and Tops Market. You are able to catch the "blue bus" to Jomtien Beach within a short walk from your hotel. The hotel rents by the day, the week, or the month. You have your choice of room size; the bigger the... I have stayed there several times and although it has challenges l always enjoyed the feeling of my own apartment and away from the main strip. But times are changing... Mosiak have new owners and the prices have increased by 15% from Nov 2015. 1 br suite after utilities and cleaning (every 2/3 days) , etc works out to around... More

Once again, I enjoyed my stay at Mosaik. This time I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment (rather than a Studio) and thought the extra €100 for 2 weeks was good value because you get a balcony (although the heat in Pattaya during my trip meant I could only use it in the early morning or at night). The apartment... More

I’ve stayed here several times in the past and it remains one of the best options in Pattaya for those who don’t want a full-service hotel, and who prefer a bit more privacy, away from the main tourist areas. I paid THB 900 per night, low season, for a Studio Deluxe room, inclusive of utilities charges, daily cleaning, free wifi... More

This was my 5th stay at Mosaik, so it almost feels like home from home. I always travel alone so the apartment I have is great and more than adequate for one person. And the bed is to die for you could sleep 4 in it. mmm! might try that next time. Ha Ha!. I always try and get the... More

First the good points; Good location, only a 10 minute walk to walking street and 5 minutes to soi Buakho. Good service and good security, all rooms have a safe and to gain access to the building you use a key fob and there is 24 hour security. The reception is located in a separate building so if you bring... More
