Not a bad hotel if you’re not picky, but it’s not great. It’s clean enough (barring some mildew on the shower curtains), the price was fair, the staff is friendly and the location is convenient for Jomtien. But it’s a bit worn, the shower would flood the entire bathroom floor every time we ran it, and the street smells perpetually like sewage. So it’s just fine if you want a decent budget hotel.

Stayed for a week. Through out the week, the hotel was so quiet. May be because of the corona virus. But anyway that was good, relaxing was what I wanted. I wake up with the wave sounds from the beach. Room was nice and clean, but small tiny ants were found; wonder how they came up to the fourth floor! Hotel staff always gave nice Thai greetings; Sawadeeka, with a warm smile. Mind you, they are not an artificial commercial smile. They gave real welcome smile each time I pass by the reception counter. Location is great, just by the beach.. Many restaurants and stores near by. The hotel architecture and interior design is concrete exposed concept. I personally prefer wood warmth interior. Anyway, the room was comfy so really didn’t matter. I enjoyed the quiet relaxing atmosphere.

The longest serving ever! Were here 2 times, both times we had to look for the staff to make an order. One time they brought the menu, but nobody came to take an order. Food and drinks itself are good. Design is gorgeous!

Coffee was spilled on a bedsheet. At checkout they claimed that coffee could not be washed out of the bedsheet and wanted to charge us 2000 baht for a new bedsheet. USD66 for a new bedsheet!!! The manager then showed up and I told her that it is a complete rip off to charge a customer USD66 for a new bedsheet and that a bad review would be placed online; but she didn’t care much. Be careful! If you bring outside food and eat it with a coffee in their casual outdoor longing area, the fine is also 2000baht.

Bad..Bad..Bad,i will never ever stay at this hotel again.it ruined my vacation, the hotel gives bad services, the interior design is just bad, the bathroom doesnt have any lock and the bathtub can overflow leaving the front door wet.And the hotel room is not worth the price i paid for.meanwhile we stayed another day at another hotel nearby which was cheaper and has greater services and cleaner rooms.
