Detailed Reviews
Like others, we had trouble with people understanding where we were staying. Our mini bus driver dropped us at a random road which we then found out was quite a distance from the hotel.
When we arrived at the hotel our booking had been lost but the manager found us a room.
Pool only gets sun in the morning, wi-fi only around the pool area.
Took us about 25minutes to walk to walking street. Okay if you don't mind being away from the action.
Tried to get a massage on site but the girl there advised she couldn't do foot massages.
Restaurant on site was terrible- rude staff and owners, big serves (but that mainly consisted of lettuce leaves) but pretty average and expensive.
Rooms are clean and well made up, spacious bathroom.

This hotel is an oxymoron ... good location, nice pool, good rooms but the staff and the fit out are hopeless. We arrived and they were more concerned with their mobile phones than us. We and booked 2 weeks earlier and wanted a low floor as my defacto is 7 1/2 months pregnant. We were confirmed into room 43 a 1st floor room. We ended up in room 35 at the top floor (no elevator) and as far from the stairs as was possible...this made it very hard for her and not at all enjoyable. When asked twice the staff simply replied "new customer come today ... full now." When accompanied to our room I carried 4 small bags and my wife 2 while the young late receptionist did nothing but complain about the stairs! The linen was old and in very poor condition, sheet very badly stained. There was no new water each day and just two small useless cups to start with most of which ended up spilled. We didnt bother trying the restaurant, but lots of people seemed to eat there. The manager rang quickly after we emailed him on the 3rd day and offered to get us into another room... but it was already 7.30 pm and we were leaving early anyway. He was genuinely sorry and couldnt offer and explanation as to why we were put there or why staff didnt get him when asked on the second occasion. Also there is no cctv for security.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We booked because they said that we could stay with our dog. So long as he was well behaved! He was, and the staff were so freindly. Having been in India for one year, where they are not dog people, it was great to see the Thais attitude to animals! The room was clean and huge! The food at the restaurant was amazing! I had lots of salads, which were huge and very tasty. I would certainly come back t this hotel, which was in a very quiet party of pattaya.

My brother visited this resort in Aug 2019 with a friend and same day he died in the resort.the resort staff stayed silent and did not tell what exactly happened there.on asking for a CCTV footage they fooled us saying the server room opens in evening and upon reaching there with an FIR they said they handed the same to Thai Police.they are a cheat ..we still don't know how our brother died..they failed in hospitality and worst in hospitality.plz never visit this resort if you love your life and don't want your family to suffer like we are doing!

This place is dirty, in cared for, damp, smelly and should not be stayed in.
Floor falling apart, bathroom mouldy, used condom packets behind bed, sheets that have blood stains on them, kettles don’t work, doors don’t lock.... the list is endless.

I visited this beautiful resort with my friends by booking it online at most affordable price. It has very nice view of its greenery from almost all its rooms. The best part of this hotel is that it has free WiFi including in the package.
Since I was with my friends so it did not take more than 20 mins by walk to reach walking Street but if you don't want to walk that much then there are low cost open rickshaws which you can catch from the main road and it would charge you 10 baht.
Also, the swimming pool in this resort is neat and clean and we friends enjoyed it a lot. It's THE BEST accommodation to have in Pattaya!
