This was my 1st time going to Pattaya/Jomtien. I went during high season and was looking to stay at a place that was inexpensive, but close to the beach and action. Despite checking out several places in Pattaya, it wasn't possible to find anything under 1500 baht that didn't resemble a broom closet. I decided to try the Jomtien area...

This guesthouse is the best one that we have stayed at in Pattaya. The rooms are clean and spacious and we did not hear noise from the rooms around us. The air conditioners worked great as did the water pressure in the shower. They bring clean towels in every day and also tidy up the room. If you're looking for...

This Guesthouse is to compare with a reallly good hotel in Europe. The rooms are even much bigger than those in Europe or in any other part of the world where I have stayed. The service is 5 star out of 5 and the hosts, Mr and Mrs Suvat are extremly service minded. Every morning they ask me if I...

Great room, large with a really king size bed, good aircon and ceiling fan, decent choice of TV channels, balcony which is conducive to getting work done (unfortunately I had to work while I was there) and cool in the breeze. Good hot water as well. Wifi was very fast and consistent. Danny the owner is very friendly as is...

We spent 10 days over the Christmas period at this lovely establishment. Due to our bus being delayed we only arrived at Morningstar after 11pm. This was no problem as Mr Danny greeted us with a friendly smile and a helping hand with the luggage, even though the reception closed at 10pm already. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every...

This was my first time staying at a “guest house” style of accommodation, and if Jomtien Morningstar is a reflection of the quality, it won't be my last!I usually prefer staying at hotels when travelling, but wanting to remain in Thailand for a couple more weeks forced me to be more budget minded about where to stay. When searching the...

On the main road, over-priced, dark room and with window straight back into dark corridor. Could have been made much more cosy. Smoked-in beds. Not cosy lighting. Lowest standard but clean. Stayed only one night as other optioons were better value for money.

Stayed in the Morningstar Guesthouse a small week after reviewing TripAdvisor. Service and the way that you we bid welcome upon arrival was great. The owner is helpful with everything from arrangement of taxis and always there if needed. I can only recommend this place to anyone who needs to stay in Jomtien.
