Reception is compact and clean with a large lending library. Check in was quick and we were given bottled water as we waited.Our room was very spacious but looked tired, marked paintwork and marks on the doors. The furniture was mixed nothing matched, the walls were all white with no pictures so the room seemed bland. There was a free standing wardrobe but no drawer space. There was a mini fridge, complimentary tea/coffee facilities,free toiletries in the bathroom and 2 free small bottles of water a day.There is a mini safe but it is only small, we couldn't fit our small laptop in it. A mirror on the wall would have been appreciated but had to make do with small mirror above bathroom sink.The bed was very comfy and we found our air-con worked perfect as was the strong wi-fi signal. The bathroom was compact with good shower pressure but could do towel hooks/rails to dry towels on. The balcony overlooking the pool was small with a table and 2 chairs but it was only really suitable for one person. The pool is in a courtyard was clean but not much space around it but has free towels for the plenty of sun loungers. No breakfast is included in price but we found the breakfasts to be very good and served either on the terrace or inside. The staff we encountered were all super friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel is in a great location within the gay area, close to bars and the beach is 10 mins walk away. Overall we enjoyed our stay here but would not return as the room was a slight let down.

I stayed here for 17 days and it was a nice pleasant stay staff very friendly rooms were kept spotless beds were made up every day. It has a restaurant onsite with some good choices. It is about a 5 min walk to the beach from hotel. It also has a pool area which is a bonus. I will definitely return.

This is a well-maintained hotel in a very convenient location. The staff are friendly and the rooms, though fairly basic, are kept spotlessly clean. For gay travellers it is the ideal place to stay, being within minutes of numerous gay bars and restaurants.

Nice hotel close to all of the action of South Pattaya. From the outside the hotel isn't much to look at, however the room I had was very nice. I booked the "Super Deluxe Plus, which is a very nice room with a nice balcony area too.
My pet peeve with this hotel is the air con is pretty rubbish, it's not cool enough for the temperatures outside that can get anywhere up to around 35 degrees/95F - it needs to be more powerful and cooler.
There is an on-site restaurant offering breakfast and dinner each evening, I didn't eat here so cannot comment.
The staff at the hotel are very friendly, will help you as/when required and all in all a very good experience.

They only have one lift. I was waiting to go down from the 3rd floor. The lift was on the 4th. When the lift arrived on the 3rd, before the door could fully open, one of the housekeepers pressed the close-door button. Fair enough she was moving a trolley to the ground floor, but she should have let the door open and allow the guest to decide, not, effectively slam the door in my face.

I've stayed here 3 times now and I still cannot fault this hotel. Staff are amazing. The room is amazing and squeaky clean. The pool is a welcome retreat nice and relaxing. Great for the jomtien bars and restaurants and easy walk to the beach. 1 Minute walk to bath tuktuk to pattaya I will always recommend this hotel

This is the third time I stay at this hotel when I visit Pattaya. The hotel staff is charming and welcoming, especially Bom, Patty and Kit who always respond to every request with kindness and a big smile and thanks to them the stay here is so pleasant. The maintenance and the level of cleanliness is at the highest level. The pool is wonderful. There is also a gym with a saunas and showers. Kit also helps in the gym, guides, supports and gives important tips. What a lovely man! The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to the entertainment area of Jomtien, close to the beach and the main roads of traffic. Highly recommended!!!

Stayed over a week and enjoyed staying here , great price,great staff ,rooms were clean.
It's inside the jomtien complex so close to everything, 10 baht bus ride into Pattaya if you want to go into the city .
Great swimming pool, the gym is not the best though ,most of the time air con off and old equipment but who uses a gym on holidays anyway.
I picked a room with balcony ,I have to give it 4 stars only because the gym is not good but hey not everyone uses it
The breakfast cafe downstairs near reception is open from 7am ,bacon eggs etc ,great service !
Staff at front counter were very nice and helpful too, wonderful hotel and low priced

Good location. Rooms are pristine. Staff is responsive in case there is an issue with hot water. Problems are solved quickly. Rooms are spacious. Bed is confortable. Good amenities. Breakfast in the restaurant is great. However there should be a bar by the side of the pool. That would make the pool even more attractive.

cant praise this hotel enough. Was not sure until I arrived but I have to say the pool was great, the staff especially the breakfast staff and cleaners were amazing. The location was ideal for Supertown gay walking street ( if that's your thing) and I have already booked to come back on my next trip next early next year. Gym was small but functional, who goes that often on holiday anyways. Close to the beach with lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Baht bus passes pretty much straight outside too.

Hi.
Yes Zing is about 5 minuets walk to Jomptien beach.
Turn right for gay section, surrounded by everything you can need.
Walk hundred yards and just flag down a " baht bus" only ten baht and they will take you into central Pattaya, or up to Jomptien night market.
I was due to stay for 14 nights but had to check out after two nights due constant building work and noise around pool and throughout the hotel public areas.
Large comfy rooms hopefully it'll be fine a couple of months
There are more places to choose from in the Pattaya area.
