The staff, the room and the pools were a welcome relief in this hot period of time. Initially I found it hard to obtain bearings of where I was but 4 doors up great restaurant and kiss restaurant end of street also good. Not a place for children as TV stations mainly news, no movie or cartoon stations. I would...

Have stayed at Areca several times in all wings of the hotel. I like the Evergreen wing (newest) best. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is good in both locations. The pool is big, but gould have been cleaned better. Walking distance to everything is a great +. Construction of all kind take place all over Pattaya and may be...

We stayed in the Areca lodge on two separate occasions and the second experience was as good as the first. The hotel is situated on Soi Diana. The street itself has a large number of small bars, a beer garden and a couple of clubs. It is only a very short walk away from the beach road and nightlife areas...

I spent four nights here, in the main building. I asked for a room on the top floor. That was a mistake because there was some kind of compressor on the roof, and it ran all night long, all nights. So, avoid the top floor! Also, it is close to a beergarden, which does not close until 2 a.m.

Right next to a great shopping mall, bars , laundry, chemist.....the night life omg....711 and family marts everywhere. Missing the place already. Pay the extra for a deluxe pool balcony as hotel is currently under expansion and was stuck with that view. Otherwise money well spent.

I have been staying at areca lodge for years now. i always stay in the original rooms at the front of the hotel. The rooms are well kept and the beds are so comfortable. I choose this hotel because it is close to all the action and nightlife, but so quiet in the room. The pool is a beautiful place...

A nice hotel with nice efficient staff and a good pool and facilities set amidst the Hustle and Bustle of a busy area of Pattaya.at a reasonable price. It must be good because it is always difficult to get a room.

In terms of price, location and room I can highly recommend this hotel. It is in the centre of action and all main areas are easily reachable. We stayed in the evergreen wing which is nicer than the other one. Pool is decent but closes at 8pm. Would be nice if it was open late for people like e who...
