Like its namesake neighboring hotel (the Royal Palace), the Royal Twins Palace Hotel is a grand hotel still showing signs of its former glory. Marble, granite and timber adorn the very impressive lobby and the rooms. After staying at the Palace last week, we chose to stay at the Twins on our return to Pattaya and also went for the...

Along with my wife this is now our 4th year in succession staying at the Royal Twins Palace Hotel. Great location fabulous facilities and friendly staff. The price is very reasonable at 1400 baht per night for a very large room and if you request a high floor the views of the city are quite spectacular. We recommended a group...

Having previously stayed a few times at the Royal Palace next door, I was convinced by a friend to stay in the Twins this time after he said it was 'less dated'. However, the superior rooms are identical with the exception of some tribal art on the wall and a back breaking bed. I have no complaints about the staff,...

They have a habit of not checking you in for the days you want then hitting you up for extra nights the day before you leave, the staff are at best moronic, no clue as to what you require, the wifi is overcharged and not very good. Will never stay here again, recommend no-one ever stays, and now that the...

Hotel staff very good, respectful and polite, rooms cleaned daily which is the norm for Thailand. No problems with food/breakfast or room at hotel. Excellent value for money and would...

One of the most inhospitable, discourteous, unfriendly, rude, unhelpful, obnoxious staff you could ever encounter in any hotel in the World. My 1st trip to Pattaya, had expected to experience much of the touted Thai hospitality but the actual experience was woefully short of even the lowest of expectations. Right from the time of check in, the reception staff was so rude and obnoxious. One of the...

Front office is worst, not very welcome, less courteous, language is an issue. Restaurant service is very poor. Good location, spacious rooms. They offer membership card useful to get some discount. Close to the streets.

Good hotel price-quality. Not bed breakfast. Good location near with beach and shopping centers, mr Ripley museum. Our friends (they live in another hotel) come to our room without any problems with reception. Walking Street in 15 min by walk.
