The hotel is very convenient. The room is clean, spacious and well-equipped. Our room was at the entry level and had a nice balcony. It is within walking distance from the market and city-center. The staff was professional and kind. Breakfast was tasty.

Excellent hotel for this price. The room was very clean and staff were very helpful. Further the Sintourist bus from Ho Chi Minh stops in front of this hotel. So it was very convenient. The location is also very good. Just walking distance from night market and lake. Would surely recommend this place :D

The worst hotel ever. The buffet breakfast is a joke, it starts from 7 to 9 but we came to eat at 7.30 and there is nothing to eat, the foods are poor, not got and after my boyfriend even had stomachache. The receptionist is not friendly. The most important thing is the hotel is so so dirty and poor,... More

The room we stayed in was fine though we asked for a double bed and got two single beds. Breakfast was average. But there was little to no WiFi in the room and service was pretty bad. We asked about a bus to Lang Biang and were told that there wasn't any, which is not true. They probably wanted to... More

The hotel is nice, the location is good but the staff is really unfriendly! I felt that I was bothering them all the time wich is annoying when you are on holiday! Next time I will choose an other hotel with friendly staff which is easy to find in Dalat.

Enjoy this hotel when I stay in Dalat. Back room with bacony and nice view $20us per night for two including breakfast. Awesome Vcafe restaurant and Escape Bar with live band near by. Breakfast good, rooms are very clean and staff very good. Tour desk, bus station and airport transfer.

Operated by Sinh Tourist as part of their open tour program all Sinh Tourist buses in Dalat leave from the hotel and park up overnight beside it. It is far from being luxury but adequate for most travellers with the great convenience of being the Sinh Café bus terminal and tour office. The restaurant is quite OK Though the V... More

The hotel is located near the lake and Dalat market which is quite convenient to go around. The breakfast in hotel was very good. The staffs were okay, not very helpful. The hot water in my room was broken, and I told the receptionist about this issue. She came to my room and checked, then she went back and told... More

We stayed 2 nights, booked over Agoda standard twin room. Standard rooms are in -1st fllor! Room was damp, cold and quite old with little light. Complaining didn't help and the receptionist doesn't understand much. Breakfast was ok - not buffet choice. We had room S005 under the kitchen and we could hear everything. We regret our poor choice, the... More

We chose this hotel because it offered the option of a family room (1 double and 2 single beds) for a higher price and this would help avoid awkward sleeping arrangements for the group I was with. When we arrived, the staff were quite unfriendly and unwelcoming which is always disappointing. Despite having paid more for the family room, we... More
