We were so lucky to stay here as we had nothing organised as had just come down to Hanoi from China and Ling, their Tour Manager, took over and had our tours organised and booked in no time at all. He oversaw everything from start to finish and in little under 10 days we believe we have truly seen and...

Great value for money in the heart of the Old Quarter. Spacious rooms - situated on the main strip. Worth it and a good breakfast for the price. The deluxe room is worth it on the 7th floor. Warning: the front roller door shuts at around 11pm, lucky there's a bell.. would be nice if we were told 😊. Airport...

Best place in Hanoi! Just outside of the main action, so great location, really lovely place, clean, beautiful. Incredibly friendly and helpful reception. Nicest people I've met in Vietnam. Will definitely be going back.

A best place to stay I would say Stayed here from 11/4/17 to 12/4/17 but the staffs helped us to keep our big luggages even 3 days prior because we had to travel light to Sapa and Halong bay. That was really helpful and I really appreciate the team The hotel might not be attractive from outside but interior was...

Book the cooking and street tour through the motel. Started about 8.30, they pick you up. A lot of fun and ate in places I would not normally even consider. The cooking class was fun, men attended as well. Ate so much and loved the chef who taught the tour. I do not like cooking but I would try the...

Not a 5* hotel however we given 5* attention and service at all times and by all levels of staffing. We booked through Agoda for the evening as we passed through Hanoi enroute to Ha Long Bay. We found the hotel convenient to the Old Quarter where numerous restaurants and bars are situated. Free WiFi, refrigerator in room, airconditioning plus...

The hotel was in a great location and the rooms were a good size. I was very happy with my stay here. The staff were all very friendly and made us welcome. The breakfast was very delicious - well done to the chef! He is very good!

The best thing that we liked about our hotel was it's location - prominent places at walkable distance from the hotel. The Hotel is 25Km or 40-60 mins distance from the International Airport. We got a taxi for 15 USD to Hotel and it was very easy to locate using Google Maps. A word of caution before boarding the taxi...

We were pretty happy with our stay here for multiple reasons and those being - 1. Location location location - in the heart of the old quarter. Extremely convenient to get to and then to get to the tourist area around. There are lots of great bars and places to eat around. The location of the hotel is worth a...

This hotel is well situated for the Old Quarter, so it's going to be noisy. Any hotel in the Quarter will be subjected to constant traffic noise, horn beeping, and the traffic of life. Accept it or stay further out or at skyscraper level. This hotel has great and friendly staff, who will attend to your travel and tour needs...
