It would be virtually impossible to describe how deep my gratitude runs for the staff at Cinnamon Hotel. I came to Hanoi, Vietnam in search of peace and to fill a hole in my heart for the passing of my beloved father. He served in the Vietnam war and left this world too soon. My intention was to bring him...

We had a great time in Hanoi..mostly thanks to the great, friendly staff at the Cinnamon Hotel. Mai rocks. The breakfast rocks. Went on the motorbike good tour..awesome. Did cooking class..amazing. Everyone at the hotel was helpful. It was such a pleasure that we came back to the Cinnamon after our trip to Healing Bay. Stay here!

Have previously visited the Cinnamon in Ho Chi Minh City and had a good idea what to expect. Which is: A comfortable, clean room, reasonable food - but most of all great personal service. Nothing is too much much trouble for the excellent staff.

We stumbled across this place having arrived in Hanoi to discover the hotel we booked couldn't take us, but they could put us up in their sister hotel (no thank you). So we asked if Cinnamon had any rooms and they confirmed they did but only for one evening. The staff at Cinnamon are lovely and very helpful. Couldn't ask...

The location is great - the nicer part of the old quarter. The rooms are beautiful, as is the rest of the hotel. But the mattress was too hard for me and there's much better value for money around the same area. I would not stay here again.

We were really fortunate to end up in this wonderful little hotel. Our stay was devided into two parts, so we could easily leave our stuff and then have the feeling of coming home when we returned after a week in northern Vietnam. Rooms are clean, beautiful, comfortable and the location perfect, right in the middle of the old quarters...

Our stay at the Cinnamon Hotel totaled six nights, divided into two stays, as we began and ended our trip in Hanoi. Our first stay was on the side facing away from the old Cathedral, and the second faced it. Although the church bells were loud in our room facing the cathedral, we didn't mind but some might not be...

In the heart of the Old Quarter and close to the Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff is very gently, helpful, attentive and kind. A special thanks to the receptionist Mai...

Stayed here for two nights and the staff were so wonderful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The rooms had high ceilings and tastefully decorated as well as having both a ceiling fan and air conditioner. The towel animals on the beds and weather update each night were nice touches.
