Great value and location. Very close to the lake and in a lovely side street. We arrived very early from UK and although our room was not ready let us use a free room for a minimal fee. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave good advice. The room was lovely and a nice big bathroom and comfortable...

I walked in off the street looking for a nice hotel as I was not happy with the one I had booked into after arriving from Australia the previous night. Anna, the receptionist, showed me a room which was beautiful and clean, and I came back later in a taxi with my suitcase and booked in. I ended up staying...

We stayed 4 nights and found the hotel to be comfortable, convenient and the staff extremely helpful. The breakfast is across the street at their sister hotel and it consisted of a buffet of Asian cuisine and european standards such as cold cuts and cheese. Egg dishes could be ordered. There was also a wonderful selection of fruit. You have...

Good location just by the lake, staff are helpful, breakfast was fine, wifi was strong and price is good. Having stayed in some great small hotels in Hanoi where service is exceptional, breakfast is delicious and rooms are spotless, this place didn't quite hit the mark on any aspect but still a pretty good option overall. I'd booked one night...

The Artisan Boutique Hotel (or the Artisan Lakeview Hotel, across the street) is a perfect place to stay. The location is superb, on a quiet street, just a block from the lake. The hotel is run very well....the friendliest, most professional staff...and the rooms are really lovely. Comfy beds, good shower, quiet, great breakfast buffet.....I don't have a negative thing...

We had a very pleasant stay at Artisan Boutique Hotel in Hanoi. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly and accomodating. Very convenient location to visit the "must-see" places in Hanoi. Also convenient for shopping cheap but great Vietnamese food and find souvenirs.

If you are looking for a homey and quaint place in the old quarter this is a nice place. It is near the lake and the people working here are friendly and very accommodating. The restaurants and the boutiques are a short walk away. Definitely an ok place.

The Artisan Botique Hotel is a good place to stay at with a reasonable budget for short trips. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms look quaint. And it's just by the lake. It's also near their attractions and the night market! East to shop and then go back to the hotel right after!
