We chose this place randomly and truly regretted it after. They put us in the room 601 (to avoid): the moisture seeps ceiling and drop on the bed. We also discovered the next day a mound of earth with some worms in the bathroom and finally found out under the bed that the floor were completely devastated by humidity. On...

We stayed for 2 evenings before we went for a trip to Halong Bay. They sold us the tour -so I would recommend booking the Halong cruise with them -just make sure you haggle for a good price! The rooms were clean and did the job -however many people, ourselves included, had troubles with Aircon. They also forget to put...

They informed me about it at 10:00 am and expected me to leave only 2 hours after! When I expressed my lack...

I'll start with the one positive of this hotel: We arrived via night bus to Hanoi at 7am and were happy to find that we could checkin that morning by 7:30am...the good experiences ended there. Every morning we were greeted by the sounds of what could only be described as a mass chicken slaughtering. There was also not a complete...

Stayed here one night before my trip to Halong Bay. I only booked it because it said on Agoda that the room (standard double) had a balcony, it didnt. But the room was clean and a/c and wifi worked well. I didnt ask to change room so maybe they would have given me another room with balcony, I dont know....

The a/c is amazing, the beds are very comfy and we get the choice of 1 of the 3 sets breakfasts every morning. The location is very well located for almost every activity you would want to do. Shops and restaurants of all sorts are located very close by. Also, the famous beer corner is only a 5-10 minute walk...
