So my stay here was part of a package I had booked through a well known touring company. I checked in, put my stuff in the room then went out all day. Came back late and noticed on the floor by my bed what I first thought were spiders, then looked like ants but then discovered were fleas when I...

The hotel itself is basic but OK. Also the breakfast is basic but OK. Biggest advantages are the location (centre of old town) and the reasonable price. The service is good, they arranged and paid the airport pick up for us.

The hotel is located in the centre of Hanoi Old Quarter. The room is large, facitities are good and the price is reasonable. Breakfast is ok and value. You can enjoy many great foods and buy the souvenirs or goods here. Or seat at a small restaurant in the street and drink some beer and enjoy some specialities.

I'm from hochiminh city, i was anxious to find a hotel in Hanoi for me and my wife on Chirstmas, Finally, I found the hotel prince 400vnd per night, this price is justified because of the convenient location. Good service, friendly staff, clean, but air conditioned and television are old, it's hard to control by remote. Anyway, i felt satisfied...

Basic breakfast incld (Eggs, coffee & toast) When we went to Halong Bay they keep our big bags in storage for free. Very friendly staff and they all speak english very well. Bathrooms were a...

Despite booking months in advance and confirming and arrival time day before, on arrival they tried to tell me no room available and would have to move to another of their hotels. This was done to me before so stated I was not going anywhere. 30mins later I had my room. Wardrobe door was hanging off its hinges, big gap...

Our first impression was good, room nice, area great, top for walking around in the old quarter! The breakfast was poorly , better to go somewhere else. The worst part was, our argument with the staff about paying for the room. Our first two nights were already payed, we had booked everything over a travel agency. At night the hotel...
