It is in a great location! Very close to all the little shops and restaurants. They have excellent service! The breakfast is very nice! The room is very cosy and you have an airconditioner as it is very hot in Hanoi.
The staff where forever asking after our well being and if there was anything more they could do. During a power outage (out of their control) they walked us 80 metres to their sister hotel for breakfast. Definitely worth asking for a quiet room as...More

There isn't a common room however there is a small breakfast room at the back and in reception there is a seating area with computers for internet. It's in the heart of Hanoi though so lots of places around, and the backpackers area is about a 10 min walk. Hope this helps :)
