Great hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff and good range of breakfast choices.
Location was perfect for what we wanted to do, close to plenty of cafes and places to eat. Wifi was fast working, and rooms were cleaned daily.

There isn't a common room however there is a small breakfast room at the back and in reception there is a seating area with computers for internet. It's in the heart of Hanoi though so lots of places around, and the backpackers area is about a 10 min walk. Hope this helps :)
