We really enjoyed this hotel and the wonderful staff, especially Hoai at reception. We used Hanoi as our home base for multiple excursions to Sapa, Ha Long and Ninh Binh. After a few nights away we returned to the hotel twice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with calling taxis, providing restaurant recommendations and laundry service. The rooms are...

I don't usually write reviews but I am writing this one because of how good my experience was with this hotel. They were very responsive from initial contact and were extremely helpful as I was looking for a place to stay for 28 consecutive days. They even will pick you up from Hanoi Airport if you need transportation to the...

We stayed here for one night at the beginning of our holiday in Vietnam. The location is very good, a short walk away from most of the attractions and the lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. However, we noticed a horrible smell in the hallways and the elevator - not sure what it...

This has been the best hotel we have stayed in in our entire trip of Vietnam. The staff are so lovely and greeted me by name every time we passed. They helped us book a really great trip to halong bay and sapa and went the extra mile to accommodate us and provide us with a shower and place to...

You get what you pay for here. One of the cheapest choices when we booked, but not good value, IMO. Staff was nice, but our room REEKED of 'alcoholism', like a combination of cigarette smoke and liquor. It was a terrible smell and didn't go away overnight or by opening windows. When we complained about it the next day, the...

Decent for 2 stars hotel. Room and bathroom were clean. Airco and free wifi available. Staff speaks English well. Breakfast was suitable for tourists who are still used to American/European food. Room with city view is just a room with windows looking at houses on the other side of the alley though. Location is great if you want to be...

We stayed here a couple of times and really liked it. Of course it is not a really luxury hotel but therefore the prices are also not too high. The staff is extremely friendly. But there were construction works going on so sometimes it was really loud. The breakfast is nice though , the location is great and the room was...

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The staff were extremely friendly and were only too happy to help us out whenever we needed - such as getting train tickets and doing laundry etc. Jenny on the front desk was particularly helpful and made our stay very pleasant. Will definitely recommend!
