My friend and I shared a twin room. The room was clean but old and very small. The biggest problem with the room was the power points. Plugs would fall out if not held in. The bathroom was in great need of a upgrade. Both the shower and the wooded bath had alot of mould. The breakfast buffet was fabulous...

The location could not have been better! Being located in the old quarter truly made our experience that much more enjoyable. You're only a 2 minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. If one is looking for a true Hanoi coffee experience I strongly suggest egg coffee at Cafe Pho Co, which is located near the lake. The staff were all...

The hotel is located walking distance from the Lake of the Restored Sword (Hoan Kiem Lake). Staff were very helpful with information. Quite a lot of shops & street food available in the area. It is the perfect location, if you want to catch the weekend night market. Rooms were very cosy & they had wooden tubs in the bathroom,...

A reasonably priced hotel located in Old Quarters of Hanoi. If you want to stay in the old quarters of the city , this one could be a good place. Tony was so kind and very helpful, everything was possible and always with a big smile. It´s a small hotel and only 5 minutes walk to the lake and 10 min to the Bar street. It was different sizes of the rooms, we tried 4 different due to travel back and force. All room was very quiet and clean, thanks...

Only a short walk to Hoan Kiem, the location is fantastic. The staff are very helpful and speak English well. The rooms are quite small and the bathrooms a bit dated. The timber bath in one of rooms leaked badly. The beds are bit too firm, but after of day of sight-seeing on foot they were still a welcome sight!...

Stayed here with my Mom the night before we were flying home. We had a long journey from Halong and were unwell, staff picked up on it immediately and were extremely kind, always ready to help. Suite room was the biggest room we had in Vietnam. Clean, spacious, beds were a little hard but manageable. Buffet breakfast was western and...

We stayed 3 nights at VietView. It is on the edge of the old quarter, only a short walk from the lake, and near the market and many restaurants. We had a triple room on the 3rd floor overlooking the street, next (as we discovered) to a wake-up rooster. The breakfast is great - there is a buffet of mostly...

For people who's going to Sapa by Sapa Express, you just walk from this Hotel to Sapa Express within 1 minute. It's great for return trip from Sapa because you just walk to the hotel...
