I stayed here at Hanoi graceful for 4 nights I had a room with a little balcony, unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures of the room but you can find accurate pictures on their website and through Booking.com which is where I made my booking. From before I even checked in Ha the manager had contacted me to say hello and introduce herself and organised pick up from airport for me with only 1 or 2 hours notice. When I arrived I asked Ha if she could point me in the direction of a currency exchange and she very helpfully changed the money for me and then took my home currency to the bank herself The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, when I arrived the aircon remote had no batteries the lovely staff went straight out to buy new ones so I could lower the temperature in the room as I am not used to the humid Ha noi air. The location is good it’s walking distance to the Hoan Kiem lake and the famous Bahn mi 25 is just a 3 minute walk, during my stay Ha helped me to book a tour to the beautiful Ha Long bay which has been one of the highlights of my Vietnam stay so thank you so much for helping me out with organising such an awesome trip. The price is very good I believe they must have done renovations in the past few years because nothing was old and out dated. On one of my days I met a guy on the street to take me around to do a city tour Jeremy gave me advice on how much I should pay him and some safety tips- he also pointed me in the right direction to buy dog food for some street dogs I had made friends with. I had money in my toiletries bag (not much just 20aud and some coins), the coins fell on the ground and house keeping picked them up and lined them up on the basin for me and I can confirm every cent is still there. Also I needed some washing done and didn’t give it to house keeping until after 5pm they said it would take until about 1pm the following day but it was ready when I woke up the next day and it was a very good price 30k for 1kg. Also during my stay I ran out of data when I thought I had brought an unlimited plan as I can’t read Vietnamese both Ha and Jeremy helped me to read the texts, and then showed me to the phone shop 1 and a half blocks away where they sorted out the data problems. Everything was great and I highly enjoyed my time here if I were to ever come back to Hà Nội I would be staying here again. Highly recommend for so many reasons, because they chatted to me so much each time they saw me I feel a bit sad like I’ve left 2 friends behind.

The hotel manager Ms Ha and her team went way above and beyond to make my stay an amazing one! Ms Ha helped me book my Ha Long Bay tour, food tour and airport taxi and made sure I got the best price. She also advised me of all the best places to go and see. The room is a beautiful and clean French style with balcony and french doors and the Location is walking distance to all of the most popular sights and places to eat. I wish I could stay longer. Thank you for making my trip to Hanoi so amazing 🤗

Property is maintained well, situated in centre of the city. HA and her team went beyond th expectation to help me in each and every need. Well HA is best person in case you haven’t planned your trip to advise. She will arrange your trips at reasonable costs ( please mind if you go out you may be charged lot) better to proceed with hotel assistance in trip planning. Thy also have airport pick and drop at minimum cost. I had great conversations with HA and Chi to discuss places out of Hanoi too. They have been great helping hand in everything you need. I recommend this hotel for everyone it is safe for all type of travelers. Close by places are church, lake, train street and this place is flooded by cafes, restaurants. I’m Indian hence had been to “Eat List India” also there are many near by Indian restaurants like PK Restaurant, Zaikha, Handi (Pakistani)

Graceful Hotel is always my hotel of choice when I visit Hanoi and I have stayed there about 10 times, and many of my family and friends have stayed there on my recommendation.
Situated right in the middle of bustling Old Hanoi, Graceful Hotel is ideally located in walking distance of restaurants, cafes, shops, markets and tourist sites.
It is a boutique hotel squeezed into the confines of the narrow streets of Old Hanoi, but clever design makes maximum use of the space and the rooms are airy, super clean, quiet, and comfortable.
I cannot finish this review without making mention of the friendliness of the staff, led by their manager, Han Nguyen, who is always ready to help tourists with advice on what to see and where to go for the best shopping deals. Don't be surprised if you go to Graceful Hotel a second time that Nguyen and her staff remember your name and greet you like a long-lost friend.

This is our 2nd time in Hanoi and we already did the usual touristy stuff previously so this time around, it was purely to relax, enjoy and eat good food. Choosing Hanoi Graceful Hotel was easy, given the good reviews here. Despite the location being in the Old Quarters, it wasn't noisy nor chaotic. The room (402) was a bit dated, but generally clean. Breakfast (included in the room rate) was a delicious mix of western and Vietnamese food. There were at least 4 different fruits everyday! And pho (beef or chicken) is served upon request. The star of this hotel is Ms. Ha, the owner who was hands-on in taking care of the guests. I mentioned that this trip is for my wife's birthday and she surprised her with a delicious chocolate cake on my wife's birthday! I wanted to buy my wife some flowers and Ms. Ha told me where to buy cheap beautiful flowers! She was always all smiles when we leave/return. Definitely, we would stay here again on our third visit. We will book the room with a balcony for a change.

Stayed here for 2 nights on arrival in Vietnam. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. The room was ok with a good ensuite. It's on a busy street but we weren't disturbed by noise. The staff were very friendly and there was a really good choice at breakfast. The location was really good and I would recommend a visit to the street food market nearby - great cheap food and drinks.

We stayed for some nights at Hanoi Graceful Hotel in December 2022. The selection of hotels in Hanoi is vast, in all price ranges, so it's hard to choose. We didn't regret our choice for a minute. The hotel is very centrally located and has charmingly decorated rooms. What stands out though, is the staff. So helpful and kind in all respects. Especially Ha, the manager, who assisted us with so many things - thank you! We were very lucky to receive an upgrade and had a lovely, spacious family room with 2 beds. The breakfast is buffet-style but with the possibility of ordering pho and eggs also. We highly recommend Hanoi Graceful Hotel and will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Hanoi.

I cannot stress how much I love this place. I meant to stay only 1 day between a cruise to Ha Long Bay and a few days in Sapa. But we met Mrs. Ha who’s a super friendly and knowledgeable woman who helped us book a trekking tour to Sapa, her hometown. She helped us make the calls to book buses and when we got sick the day of taking our return bus, she managed to convince them to not charge us to change it (policy is you need to change reservations at least 24hrs in advance).
The hotel is what you’d expect for this price range BUT the hospitality is unmatched. I did laundry and she ran to give me a undergarments bag to protect my bras. She checked in on us while we were in Sapa to make sure we were enjoying our trip. And she and her staff very quickly addressed any issues we had.
The complimentary breakfast was lovely every day. They have a range of cold cuts, warm food made fresh every day ranging from stews to pho to fried rice, you can order eggs directly from the kitchen, there are fresh fruits, bread, yogurt, cereal and more. I actually looked forward to getting out of bed for breakfast every morning. And for people that arrived a bit later, they extended the hours so people could eat.
After coming back from Sapa, my partner and I stayed for a few more days. When he left for the airport at 4:45am, they prepped him a breakfast bag with eggs, milk, bread and fruit. It was the kindness gesture. This is the best treatment I have ever gotten at a hotel of any price range.
Location is also great! There’s food everywhere and the main tourist locations in Old Town are about 10 mins away by foot. If I’m ever back in Hanoi with the same budget, I will be staying here again!

Please book this hotel! I contacted the hotel on WhatsApp and was greeted by Ms Ha, she was incredibly helpful and allowed us to store our big luggage at the hotel for 6 nights as we traveled the rest of Vietnam, we stayed here for our first three nights and booked a trip to Ha, Long Bay and a trip to Ninh Binh all through Ms Ha, both trips were amazing I would highly recommend them.
We then flew to Da Nang for a week, the evening before we were due to fly back to Hanoi Ms Ha contacted me to let me know that Hanoi airport will be closed the following day from 11am-8pm due to a storm, we had no other information about this from our airline or Trip.com who we booked the flight through, but we took Ms Ha’s advise and booked a last minute early morning flight to arrive before the closure, as we were waiting to depart we had the email saying our later flight had been cancelled, we were flying home the next day and would have missed our flights! We are extremely grateful for the care and thoughtfulness Ms Ha has towards her guests, when we got back to the hotel, we were offered breakfast, even though it was past serving time and a room had been made available, even though it was before check-in.
We thank Ms Ha and all the staff at Graceful for a wonderful stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we found all the staffs here are so helpful and friendly. We reached the hotel in the morning and ms Ha Nguyen has offered us early checked in, even they cooked for us since the breakfast almost ran out. The hotel even helped us to arrange Halong Bay trip and Ninh Binh day tour. Ms Ha also helped us to get the cheapest price for airport transfer from airport to the hotel, as well as send us off to the airport. We will definitely come back here one day.
