It is a comfy hotel with nice breakfast, friendly & helpful staff, comfy rooms, nice location. However, I was there January which is winter, and it is sometimes 10 degree outside. I book the hotel because of the bathtub, and I called to confirm. What I want to do is to sink myself in a bathtub with hot water after...

Nice hotel just a little rough around the edges. But we didn't go to Hanoi for 5☆ . Our room on the 7th floor had beautiful big windows over looking West Lake what more could you ask for. The free WIFI worked fast every time. It is in a part where it us mostly Vietnamese but that is an experience...

It's a good hotel with very polite and friendly staff who serves you with a smile. But don't expect too much. The hotel is secured at night. Food is reasonably good. Watermelon juice was good. Pizza was unique. Our room was overlooking the lake which was the greatest part of the stay. It did not have the luxury but the...

In reading the other reviews i wonder if I was in the wrong place. This hotel is terrible, the pictures they show on the websites are complete misrepresentations. The internet is slow and spotty and the noise from inside and out is terrible. The only redeeming quality is the price.

Very good location, is 40 mins to airport, 2-3 minutes walk to west lake, nice breakfast, and beautiful view on West lake, cheap price. It is too hot here. But the room is Ok and cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Really happy with this choice. Visiting Hanoi for business with a colleague and we enjoyed our stay at the Maidza. Staff are exceptionally friendly and went over and above to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Breakfast is plentiful and the rooms are impressively spacious, especially when you compare them to other similarly priced hotels in Hanoi. Thank you to...

I'm the coach of a football team, and we just stayed at the Maidza for 4 nights while competing in a tournament in Hanoi. We used 10 rooms for about 20 people and were very comfortable at the Maidza Hotel. Its in a nice location to get around and see the city, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating,...

A room looks straight to West Lake. A bottle of beer at the balcony and look at the lake is a really great feeling at night Good location. A short walk to West Lake and Truc Bach Lake. Lots of shops, food course around this area Basic room facilities. Not bad!
