Stayed here for a few nights with my family. We booked our halong bay tour through the front desk we also got our airport transfer booked. Good staff, good breakfast, good air conditioning and comfortable rooms. 🖒

The service is good here and the front desk men ,Peter, is nice and kind. The location is very close to the lake and every spot you can reach by walk. If you visit ha noi ,symphony should be your first priority to stay.

Nope I don't think so as I send the money and passport to the front counter which is safe kept by the owner. We did for 2 nights and it's safe.
