We are a family of four with one young and one teenage daughter, we found the family room to be clean, comfortable and adequate in space with a nice bathroom and small balcony. The location is right in the busy old quarter (but not too noisy in our room) with many eating places and street food available close by. The...

We arrive at the hotel a bit earlier from their check-in time, they immediately offered us to have a breakfast (which is not yet covered yet to our booking). We really appreciate how helpful they are from asking directions on the nearest atm machine, getting a cab going to tourist destination, etc. They took care of our things and they...

The director of this hotel offered Vietnamese welcome and hospitality. The bed is comfortable. But hopefully you can prepare one more hard lower pillow for neck pain guest. Breakfast can met your daily nutrition for example: fruits, salad, eggs, toast with bacon or sausage, yogurt. coffee and tea. Located central part of old Quater, easy to access surrounding nearby. Okay...

I stayed here for two weeks in November 2016 and it was perfect!! The location is very central and within walking distance to the tourist spots and the hotel room was very clean and roomy with a balcony looking out to the street. I could not fault the staff, they were lovely, always very helpful and organised trips for me...

We stayed at Symphony Hotel in November 2016 (21-25). The rooms are more than ok, especially for the price you get. The breakfast is great - you have a lot of options to choose from. And the people in the hotel are great: they would do anything to help you. They guided us to find the best Pho Ga in...

Good location in Hanoi's old quarter! Right on the 'paint corner' actually.. We stayed at Symphony either side of a trip to Halong. They stored our bags for us and arranged an earlier breakfast before a flight. Only downside is the loud elevator only goes up to level 5, and we were on level 6. It's a tight squeeze up...

The hotel is at a great location but it comes with a huge drawback, noise. Also, the elevator goes only upto 5th floor and if you have heavy/big luggage, you could not take it to sixth floor. Staff is very friendly and they try to help you as much as possible. Breakfast is just OK. Overall it is a good...

Friend and I originally booked a night at this hotel before flying back the next day, upon arrival the owner told us they double booked us. Not only has he upgraded our room to the hotel next door, he also paid the extra for us. Also, he offered us free breakfast and accommodated to all our needs in terms of...

A small hotel in the busy part of the Old Town. Good staff and very clean, fine breakfast. You can start there for a walk through the busy routes, can eat in small restaurants or beside the streets. Shops are around for all things you want to buy.
