The hotel is very cute and the staff are amazing. The hotel is not that close to the main part of old town but easy enough to walk. This hotel would suit backpackers who were looking for a quaint hotel in hanoi.

Nope I don't think so as I send the money and passport to the front counter which is safe kept by the owner. We did for 2 nights and it's safe.
