We stayed here for 3 nights and found out hotel situated in the heart of the Old Quarter,close to many interesting places which you should visit. We had arranged pick up through Hanoi Symphony Hotel from the Airport. Driver was there on arrival and delivered us to a small boutique stylish hotel with impeccable service, located in a perfect position in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. located in the busy old quarter, but surprisingly quiet a night and a great place to sit on the balcony and watch the hectic world of ha noi traffic. staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was adequate and the room a decent size.

Fantastic service at this small but very well maintained property. Rooms are very clean, tidy and well serviced. Beds are a bit firm but good. Hot showers. We had a balcony and it was great to go out and absorb the local atmosphere. We are traveling with our 2 teenage kids and they are more than safe in the room...

Got to the hotel by accident after having a "surprise" extra night in Hanoi after getting back from Halong Bay. Place looked OK and we decided to try it out due to TripAdvisor ranking. eceptionist offered us pretty high price at first. We only stayed here one night before we went to sapa. The hotel was very clean and the beds comfy and very nice rooms. The shower was hot and powerful which was great. The location is great very close to the lake and central in the old quarter. The staff were incredibly helpful and put on breakfast an hour early...

This place has it all - 1) perfect location - right in the centre of old town. You get out of your hotel and it a short walk to the famous shopping streets in old town. Hoan Kiem Lake and the weekend night market are about half a km away. you can easily get a cab right outside the hotel....

Stayed during the wet season. Staff arranged Ha long Bay boat trip but unfortunately the trip was rained off due to typhoon. When I arrived back at the hotel they gave me a free nights stay and I only paid for the lunch I had on the boat and the transfer too and from. Staff were great at recommending places...
