We were dissapointed when we arrived at the hotel as it looked so nice in the photos - in actual fact, the hotel is nothing like the photos show. In the end, we werent that bothered though as the breakfast was great, the staff were friendly and the location was good.

I was transferred from their sister Guesthouse which was a good move. Double was small but adequate as I was on my own. Only window was on corridor. Bathroom was ok. For cheap price inc. breakfast can't complain. Even had flat screen tv. I stayed last year only just seen this review as was under different name. It is quite...

The staff is really nice and supports you in every way. Everybody is really polite and they help you with booking tours and Bus Tickets. Moreover they let us take shower in a free room after we checked out. The rooms (changed room 3 Times) are clean and the equipment is good (wifi, fridge, laundryservice). Cheers to Mr Lee, he...

This was our first trip to Vietnam, starting in Hanoi. What really made the difference was the hotel. They catered our every request and booked us 2 amazing trips to Ha Long Bay and Sapa at reasonable prices. As soon as we arrived they went through a map with us and showed us all the great places to go and...

The location is good, just right in the old quarters. We got a fair price for the airport transfer. Mr. Lee and Ms.Joan speak good English, the rest only poorly. The room didn't look as in the pictures and they said "we got a free upgrade to the last room with a window". (We booked a superior room - i...

We loved our stay here. It's in a central location but is quiet at night. There was someone there to meet us at the airport and as soon as we arrived at the hotel, staff were waiting to greet us and take our bags. Staff were eager to help us organise things to do, places to eat etc. Our rooms...

Stayed here for 2 nights and then 1 night either side of our trip to Halong Bay. Ended up here after the hotel we originally booked didn't have a room for us when we arrived. First room had a dripping tap in the bathroom and the hot water didn't work. Reported the hot water to reception and someone promptly came...

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here- it's only a 10 min walk to the night markets which we visited every night. Rooms very clean. All the staff, including Mr Lee, were welcoming and helpful. Loads of choice at their free breakfast- French toast was the best.

This traditional hotel was very quaint. We arranged for a lift from the Airport and the manager seemed to be available 24/7 to reply to our emails and delays and each time came up with fantastic solutions. We had a problem with the shower thus was immediately moved to an upgraded suite. The Manager Ms Joy Hoang could not do...
