It is central for the city. Rooms a bit dab and not the most attractive. Needs a good overhaul and updating. Staff are friendly and helpful but I fear under trained to cope with foreign guests. Breakfast needs to improve drastically and not really a place to eat in, so probably not suitable for travellers on business who wish to...

I was expecting a lot better facilities and service for what I paid. The swimming pool, they advertise is a public pool that they will transport you too. The receptionist said this was unsuitable for me, as I was a solo female traveller and the pool would have been busy with Vietnamese people at the time I wanted to go....

We had the suite on level 10. For what we paid, it is good - convenient to work, good location, surrounded by modern amenities and very friendly English speaking staff. Room is dated but clean. Serves great coffee and its breakfast spread is impressive though menu was unchanged for the duration of our stay or 1 week.

I had booked this hotel as it's close to the company we visited Unfortunately it was the wrong choice... - the rooms are old and tired - the carpet and shower are dirty - the staff is not empowered to help you and not client focused - the breakfast is very cheap and sourced from the worst ingredients you can...

Spent two nights there during a business trip. Located right next to a shopping mall/office block complex. Highlands Coffee and Starbucks (plus lots and lots of cafe / restaurants) nearby. Building itself and facilities are a bit aged, but staff is really friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

We stayed there for a night in March. Nice hotel, very friendly staff, good service, low room rate for the quality of the rooms. When we arrived we found out the pool was closed for a few months a year, including March. This was a pity as we were travelling with young children and so specifically wanted a pool. No...

I have stayed the hotel recently and I felt it quite good. The receptionist - They are always smiling very friendly and talked to me every time with calling my name. Their friendly manner has made me a big fan of this hotel. Staff in the restaurant - One cook in the restaurant, brought me a fish source for two...

Hanoi is a huge city spread out around his historical center Hồ Hoàn Kiếm. To live there you have a lot of choice according to: the comfort you are looking for, your work place, the time you need to go to work … and principally your budget. For an assignment of 15 months, I did not want to be bothered...

Was in Hanoi for work and Client's office nearby. Location wise nothing to complain, as this property close to Vincom Plaza and could get all one need from Vincom Mall. The Hotel itself is average especially breakfast and ambience except the amazing, friendly staff. The best part of this Hotel is its eversmiling/friendly/polite and helpful staff. The staff understand and...

We absolutely loved our night at this hotel and really wished we had stayed longer. The staff was so friendly and breakfast was fantastic. Our room was clean and beautiful and we booked a Deluxe with big size bed. It's located in a central shopping area, near many supper market and restaurant. We really enjoyed this hotel and highly highly...
