Fantastic hotel and located close to many areas of interest in Hanoi. Rooms were excellent and clean, with good facilities. Mr Winter was particularly helpful and obliging. I would definitely return to the hotel in future.

I love our stay in Royal Palace Hotel! The location was very accessible, we walked to all the popular spots . Our room was clean and the toiletries replenished everyday. The bathroom was spacious, and hot water was available anytime. Wifi connection is fast. Staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast menu was not buffet style, but it was filling...

Really friendly staff in particular Mr Huy. Well appointed room with WiFi and minibar made the stay here very easy and pleasant. Very good breakfast in the morning and after having checked out I was able to store my luggage at the hotel all day prior to heading to airport. Overall a great hotel, would stay again and definitely recommended

I also booked our Halong Bay cruise with them. Transactions were smooth and easy. They were all very helpful. When we left for our Halong Bay cruise, they allowed is to leave our baggage...
