The staff were very good and very helpful and due to only staying 3 nights and being out if the room loads it was ok.
We booked the royal room due to it being our first anniversary.
Mmmm the decor was ripped and dated.

We stayed in the Royal Palace @ 18a Quan Street if that's the one as the sister hotel is very close by. As the reviewer said above, we had the 8th floor (top ) room and the lift only goes to the 7th so you have to walk up. There is a double and a single bed, your own desktop pc with your own router. The balcony is a good size with a table & 4 chairs (and the aircon units for the other rooms) but it was great to sit out after a days walking. The bathroom we had , had a Jacuzzi bath, with a shower attachment. It was not modern but it was clean and functioned. ( I think, but cannot confirm, there is another balcony room below as from the outside you can see two)
