The location of the hotel is superb! The hotel is a very cozy hotel with really warm and helpfull staff who really get to make your stay much more comfortable and pleasant! They let us have a shower before getting the train to Sapa and they even come with us to the station to help us catching the right train!

My husband and I spent 2 nights followed by a single night with a gap in between (spent in Ha Long Bay). Our experience on the first 2 nights was less than desired. If I were to rate it solely on those, I would have given it a "2". However, the staff did their best to correct the situation, and...

It is a nice and clean hotel. But rooms very small. Some rooms do not have any windows. Around hotels there some businesses playing very loud music. They are advertising as spa hotel but if you want to use spa they are charging extra. For old quarter Hanoi it nice cheap hotel

Located on a very busy street the Old Quarter - good location if you want to be in the heart. Room was shabby but clean with a very hard mattress. The bathroom toilet made a noise anytime someone in a neighboring room used their water. The music from the nightclub/bar next door is loud and plays until the early hours....

Booked for one night and paid extra for a late check out then next day because we were flying home. Arrived at the hotel to a very overwhelmed receptionist, who quite frankly didn't seem to like her job at all. Asked to have some laundry done, received a see what we can do response. Room was on the third floor...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 6 nights. We arrived and the room we were given looked NOTHING like the room we had booked. Along with having entirely different facilities (no bath, tiny bathroom, no couch, etc) the room was dirty, the pillows were stained yellow, the walls were covered with dirt or scatches and the furniture was falling...

We booked the hotel last minute, and couldn't have been happier with our decision. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They worked with us and helped us find a trip to HaLong Bay we were interested in as well as a city tour on the motor bikes. The motor bike tour was an awesome way to see the city...

The staff at this hotel will do anything to try and convince you to move to another hotel. They claim that the other hotel is nice but upon inspection I found it to be old and unpleasant. The other hotel felt like a downgrade and not worth the money I spent so I declined to move. A few hours later,...
