I had a great stay here. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and had a bath.
I recommend staying here. It's just down the road from Don Duck resturant. That's my favourite place to eat in Hanoi.

Keep in mind these were in tourist spots so they probably charged a bit more than a local rate. :( And the massages at the hotel were a little hit and miss. I'm not sure how to avoid that.
