We stayed for a few nights. The staff could have been a bit friendlier and the beds were very hard but as it was our first few nights traveling we didn't mind. One thing to bare in mind is that as we explored Hanoi a bit more we found there are a lot better places available for a similar price.

The Green Street Hotel is in the old city of Hanoi. It is in a very good location as it close to many restaurants and most of all it is on an easy street to find in the maze of streets in the old city of Hanoi. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and they arranged tours and...

Good place to stay, you can find cheaper but for the price, this place is clean, the staff is great and helpfull, good breakfast with multiple choices. Dorms are comfortable, good shower too. You are in the middle of Hanoi old town, so all the shops, bars and restaurants are all around. Just be careful if you have a motorbike,...

We stayed here in March some nights and in between we visited Ha Long Bay. When we arrived they didn't know about the booking via booking.com but we got our room anyway. It was clean, big family room with 3 beds. Location is good in backpacker area. And the Ma May's noisiness don't come in to the room very loudly....

A small and quiet hotel in the center of Hanoi. A good location if you are interested in sights such as Hoan Kiem lake and the old quarter. Great Wi-fi, many international TV channels and stellar location in the middle of the Old Quarter, yet quiet at night. I've stayed at Dorm, quite clean, new linens, matress was ok for...

The service was brilliant and they were very friendly. It was a buffet breakfast which you could help yourself with various of healthy fresh food and they also would make you scramble eggs and beacons if you asked them. The room was very clean and it suited with a trendy bathroom. the wifi was a bit slow but still good...

I am surprise this place has good reviews. Our room was filthy, it was 7 degree celcius in the room (no heat, even though they said there was heating in the room) and the bathroom wall has holes in it, that lead to outside. Service here is pretty terrible. We were told the breakfast was included wile checking-in, yet the...

We stayed there 6 night's in total. They treated us very well, helped us to book great tours and did everything they could to make it a nice stay for us. It's perfectly located in the old quarters to explore everything from there by foot. Free beer, coffee and banana's all day included ☺

This hotel is probably the dirtiest I have ever been to. There was a thick layer of mold on the pipe in the bathroom, dirty plates on the floor and they didn't even changed the sheets between guests! They just straighten them!! But this place has great reviews because people got their money back if complaining if they wrote them...

Very basic hotel with okay rooms, which are a bit damp and smelly. People were smoking and working on their computers in the breakfast area, so that was not a comfortable space at all. The owner seemed really arrogant and got us a bad deal on our Vietnamese SIM card without telling us what we actually bought. Instead he said...
