This was our 1st stop when we were in Hanoi. Staff was very accommodating and gracious. Breakfast was really good and location is close to the lake and city center. Room while on the small side had everything one needed, hot water, clean bathroom, clean room. We have noticed soft beds are hard to come by in Vietnam so a...

This is a completely honest review that should be read before jumping to conclusions. My husband and i booked the room with balcony many months before direct with the hotel for 12 nights as a base for exploring not only Hanoi but also to do ovenight trips to Halong and Sapa as well as day trips. Firstly and to be...

Excellent staff and services. Ryan went out of his way, taking calls from home and replying immediately to emails and texts from the time of booking to helping us book trips, airport transfers, and our bus to Sapa while we were. Laundry was fast - came back in about 8 hours although expected to get it after return from Sapa....

Stayed here 4 nights in total with a break to go to Ha Long in the middle. Hotel is in a good location in the old quarter close to everything but out of the madness of the central area by the lake. The room was good for the money- they changed us to a room with a balcony on our...

This hotel is really good value for money! Me and my partner had a great experience. I can't believe people are moaning about this hotel! First of all this is a budget hotel, but it does not feel that way when you stay there. The rooms are nice but a little on the small side. Very clean and had everything...

The hotel is ok, like any other similar hotel in Hanoi, and the breakfast is acceptable. The room was small but big enough for one night and more or less clean. We had sadly a bad experience with the staff and we dind't enjoy at all our stay at Nova Hotel. I will recommend not to book a room in...

The staff are very friendly and helpful at this hotel. Great location too in the Old Quarter. We really enjoyed the breakfast- chicken noodle soup every morning if you wanted this which keeps you going all day. We chose one of the cheapest rooms so there was no exterior window, the room was small and situated by the housekeeping area...

4 of us stayed 3 nights here: 1st night: my parents' suite at the 7 highest floor has a nice street view of the street from their room balcony, BUT the shower curtain at the bathtub was VERY DIRTY. For the 2nd room - one of the beds' mattress sunk in the middle, and I could feel the spring poking...

The staff was so lovely that I hate to give a bad review. They really went over & above to make us comfortable and to help us with things outside of the hotel including transportation and specialty stores. Also, they had yummy snacks in the room at cheap rates. But, the room was terrible. The toilet was in the shower...

Our trip to Hanoi was made all the better for staying here. Friendly smiling staff who go out of their way to assist you in anyway they can. A great tour service is also provided by Mr Ryan who has a good command of English and a cheeky good natured disposition. A hearty breakfast included. Clean well appointed rooms.
