We stayed in Hotel de l'Opera on 2 occasions for a total of 3 nights during our 4wk Vietnam & Cambodia vacation. Both rooms, #802 and #204 were super; large in size, sizeable bathrooms with great vanity area. Food in the hotel was excellent, the breakfasts so fresh with many options. It was lovely to sit in the atrium in...

We decided to stay here for 3 nights with a 1 night break in between to go to Halong Bay. Having not been to Hanoi before we were a little unsure on location but decided this would be good. The location is brilliant as it's walkable to the Old Town and the French Quarter. We discovered that booking a suite...

Very comfortable rooms. Great location near the Opera House. Staff are efficient but not particularly overly friendly. Good service. Nicely decorated. Nice bar area. Good breakfast. Good restaurants. Rooms are very nice.

We recently stayed in this beautiful hotel with my family of 6 children and 5 adults. because of age of children we had interconnecting rooms. We expected the hotel to be of a high standard in both service and comfort. The beds were just so comfortable that it really was an effort to get out of them in the morning...even...

We arrived early to this hotel and our room wasnt ready so were offered showers at the spa. Was super warm at the spa though so was sweaty right away after our showers. The rooms are a good size and the beds super comfortable - be aware they are very high off the ground so if you are on the...

Terrific hotel, the grand suite was spacious and well appointed, post card views of Opera house. The style is bold and more Parisian than Asian but it worked. The evening bar and breakfast experience was great too. We would stay again.

We stayed with two adults and two children and we had an upgrade to include an extra roll away bed in the room which entitled us to free drinks and tapas every evening which were most enjoyable. I stayed here for 10 days on a work-trip and was blown away. Even my colleagues who are not easily impressed, commented on how nice the property is. On top of that, the food quality and selection is superb, which is usually not the case at an international hotel chain. I had both breakfast and lunch multiple times at this...

The customer service is really good. They offered to us a fresh juice when we arrived. The room is excellent. Any noise from the street. Double windows. Breakfast was great. Not too big but you can eat a big range of things from the menu. You can exchange money at the reception. Overall, this hotel is a very good choice.
