Anatole Hotel – blending stylish modern conveniences and classic charm in Hanoi’s most captivating and atmospheric neighborhood. Anatole means “sunrise,” reflecting our commitment to bringing fresh accommodation to Hanoi that blends modern comforts with classic charm. Sunrise is also the best time to explore our neighborhood, and we encourage guests to take morning strolls to watch the city come to life. Hanoi’s Old Quarter and French Quarter couldn’t be more different – one a tangled web of market streets and the other an organized grid of tree-lined boulevards and colonial architecture. From our location, you can dip in and out of these historic districts throughout your stay and experience the best of both without ever having to walk too far.

During our 2 week trip to Vietnam we’ve considered the Anatole Hotel Hanoi our home away from home. We’ve stayed here 4 nights spread over a period of two weeks. Every time we came back here we felt at home and at ease.

The reception staff are incredibly professional, helpful and friendly, and the rooftop bar run by Hieu, Kenny, Escarno and last, but definitely not least Flem, was our goto place in the evenings.

The rooms are clean, spacious and have everything you might expect from a good hotel.

During the, excellent, breakfast we never seize to be amazed by the fact that the staff were able to provide everyone with their order without asking for names or room numbers.

All in all we highly recommend the Anatole Hotel and are looking forward to our next stay in Hanoi, because for sure this will be here.

This hotel is incredible and elegant. All the fixtures, toilet accessories, decor, interior design, lightings, even elevator buttons are of class and elegance. Everything is well thought and contrasted. Rooms are huge, compared to Hanoi standards. There is an amazing electronically tinted toilet/shower glass which gives you extra privacy. Staff were all exceptional, showing lots of care and concern, checking on your well being, patient, and service is prompt. I would rate it 100 stars and the best hotel in the world !!

Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted warmly by a member of staff, who helped with our luggage and checked us in smoothly, the lobby looks very grand. As we were celebrating our honeymoon, our room was filled with balloons and a message of congratulations. We stayed in the Grand Deluxe room and we couldn't have been more happy.

The room was just the right size we wanted, the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in and the pillows were huge, there was also a big TV on the wall. There was lovely hot water and the shower had a choice of a rain shower or a hand held shower, it was also very quiet, also no problems with the WiFi. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we chose to eat out instead. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, turn right and it's a mere 5 minute walk to the Hoan Kiem lake. Turn left and a quick 2 minute walk is the grand catholic church which is surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants and cafes.
I would highly recommend staying at the Anatole Hanoi hotel, we will be staying here again upon our next visit to Hanoi

I have travelled to Ha Noi frequently and I must say this hotel is at great location. You can reach those famous destinations easy. Rooms are quiets as there are less cars moving around here. This hotel is relatively new, modern design and the room are clean. The front office manager, Mr Nham speaks good English and very helpful.

Their price is relative cheaper than many international hotels but you can expect full amenities here (like those international hotel), I was surprised to see slipper provided. On the last note, they served good western breakfast, local dishes and most importantly coffee!

We stayed a total of 10 nights at Anatole Hotel after trying two other hotels in Hanoi and the Anatole was by far the best. It’s on the same street as the cathedral and a short walk to the lake. The hotel itself is quite new and the rooms reflected this with the showers having fantastic water pressure and both rainforest shower-head and a detachable head. The breakfast was impressive and the wifi connection was decent. Front desk staff were all pleasant (thanks Minh!) and helpful and a special shout-out must be made for Amy who worked tirelessly and was always ready to answer any queries we had and steer us in the right direction. Amy is the kind of manager every hotel wants working for them and she is destined for great things.

Location: Not too crowded beer street, so there was no noise at night. If you only look at the map, it may seem far from tourist attractions, but in reality, if you walk a little, it is a very good location where you can easily walk to the beer street, Hoan Kiem Lake, and the train tracks. There are many good restaurants and good massage shops nearby.

Facilities: Room condition (Superior Room, 1st floor) It's very good and everything is clean, they clean it well, and you get 2 bottles of water per day as a service, so you can conveniently carry them with you when you start your day.
The bathroom was clean, the water pressure was good, and I used a filter in the shower, and the water was so good that there was no rust.
The bed was comfortable and there were power outlets all over the room, so it was really comfortable.
The breakfast was also really satisfying, and the variety of food varied slightly every day, but it was all delicious.
The 10th floor rooftop has an infinity pool and a cocktail bar, I really recommend it!!! Beer and cocktails are cheap for a hotel, and towels are provided for free. Hotel guests are even more satisfied with a 15% discount! The pool water is very clean and there are no large buildings around, so it's great to enjoy the scenery from the pool.

* You can store your luggage as you wish when checking out, and you can also shower when you come to collect your luggage! (Very good for those who take a night flight)

Staff: 58000% friendly. Be attentive. Consideration 👍👍👍
Everyone is so kind and attentive that I have nothing more to say. It's truly the best.
Next time I visit Hanoi again, I will definitely stay here again.

Note: The first floor superior room (lower floor rooms) we stayed in has a window, but it is blocked by a wall, so you cannot see the scenery, and it can only be used for ventilation. Actually, I'm satisfied with everything else, so there's no reason to look at the window, so it's definitely not a drawback!
Go to the 10th floor to see the scenery.

We discovered this wonderful hotel when we cancelled a booking that was unsuitable nearby.
Son, who was on the front desk was wonderful and showed me the room and suite options that were available. Saved!
The hotel is new but styled beautifully with its classic architecture with a modern twist. Timber and marble floors, rain head showers and crisp white linen set the tone for the immaculate rooms and suites.
The staff here are very special people, both in the restaurant and the front of house. Special thanks to Tung who looked after us beautifully during our whole stay and Sinh for looking after our transport requirements.
This hotel is a few minutes walk from the cathedral and great restaurants one way and an open park area on the other. We would return in a heartbeat, the quality of accommodation and kindness of the staff really made our stay in Hanoi.

Only two years old but delivering some of the finest hospitality I’ve ever experienced, the Anatole is sure to remain busy for a very long time. I’ve stayed in three different rooms here on separate trips and they’ve all been beautiful – the marble bathrooms in particular are a welcome luxury!

This place still feels like a well-kept secret, however, because of the service. I will stay here again and again as I have never been made to feel so welcome by any staff at any hotel, bar, or restaurant, ever. It has been a true delight to be greeted by so many friendly smiles every time I walk through the lobby.

Minh and Leo, among others, were kind enough to remember me and ensure that I was never anything but comfortable. Whether I needed laundry done within a few hours, somewhere to work after checking out, or if I wanted to keep some bags in storage for short trips out of the city, the staff made sure I had no problem here. As I was travelling alone, Minh in particular was kind enough to ensure that I had a friend, inviting me for a beautiful Hanoian breakfast and egg coffee. I did not expect, nor could I be more grateful for this experience.

It is always the small things that make the difference, and whether it was Lam opening the front door with a friendly smile every time or the handwritten note that accompanied a gift bag and some fresh fruit on my last day here, I have already decided that I will only stay at this hotel when I’m in Hanoi again, that is if they are not fully booked, which I would understand entirely.

We were in touch with Ms. Ha for our booking and she was extremely helpful and very meticulous in providing us details. She even helped us with options to organise tours etc. Our booking experience was great! She went out of the way to give us multiple options and was very very professional. Thank you Ms. Ha

We checked into ANATOLE hotel on 1st Jan 5am. Check process was great. We got our rooms right away and we went in to rest after an extremely long flight. To our dismay there was no water in the bathrooms. When we reached out to the reception they told us that an untoward incident had damaged their water tank. They did end up taking almost 4-5 hours to fix it but the way they handled the issue was very commendable. Mikey from front desk is a blessing to the hotel. Great commitment and compassion from him. He went over and beyond by purchasing drinking water cans to provide us. He personally apologised many times and even offered us a discount on our booking because of the bad experience. He is truly the embodiment of hospitality. Although we were upset about this issue, we understood that it wasn't in the hotels control and the way they responded and worked so hard was something we really appreciate.

Any great hotel is only because of their staff and ANATOLE hotel led by Mikey is blessed to have this going for them.

The issue was resolved by 12pm and from then on it was nothing but great! Amazing breakfast buffet, the best Vietnamese coffee one could ask for and smiling staff always ready to help us.

After check out Mikey informed us that we had left some of our belongings behind and he offered to ship it to us and then ended up handing it over to a friend of mine the following week. He coordinated it so well with my and really left me impressed.

The hotel is in the best location of old quarter. Not at all noisy at night. The terrace suit is beautiful! Had a spacious balcony which we could chill in after a hectic day of sight seeing. Couldn't recommend this place more!

We were a family of 6 staying in 3 rooms and each of us had an amazing experience. Thanks ANATOLE! Can't wait to come back!

Anatole Hotel in Hanoi Vietnam made our stay very worthwhile. Upon our arrival we were greeted warmly by the staff and even offered refreshments (tea and cookies). The hotel personnel were always smiling and very helpful especially to Stephanie, Evelyn and Martin. They even gave us their food/cafe recommendations. As for the room, we really loved the room they gave us. It has complete bathroom set up- bath tub, shower and a toilet with a bidet (having a toilet with a bidet is really important for me- IYKYK). While we were settling into our room, we got a knock on our door and I was given a congratulatory cake for my upcoming graduation— I appreciate this gesture so much. The food is awesome here as well - fusion of french and asian food :) Thank you Anatole! We will definitely be back soon!
