Detailed Reviews
Stayed for 6 nights without any disappointment. Location is just 2 mins walking distance from coffee street and 5 mins to the Lake so I can easily get good coffee and nice food. Since it is not facing busy street, it is quiet at night. (It is in a small alley, so you would probably miss it at first time. Look up to find the sign first! )
Super friendly staff gave me many useful information, like trips, nearby restaurants and sightseeing spots. Semi-buffet breakfast changes everyday, fresh and tasty.

I found this hotel on Hotels.com for Executive room with many natural lights come in to my room. I was very surprised at the quiet hotel in the middle of busy Hanoi. I came at very late at night but was welcome warmly by hotel staff with big smile. Next morning I have to wake up abit early because I took Halong Bay tour which provided by hotel in advanced but not tired because the quality of cruise is very good. It named Sapphire cruise with good rate for 2 days 1 night trip. When we came back the day after, our luggage left at hotel during our trip in Halong Bay has beed put in the room already which was very professional service. The staff was friendly and helpful. They always take care of us in every step and make us feel comfortable like home. Rooms were quiet and clean. Spa service was good as well. I definitely come back Paradise center hotel next year.

Cute little hotel centrally located. Entrance is down a side street which helps to keep the rooms very quiet. Rooms are small but quaint
Staff are all very helpful and we appreciate all wonderful restaurants and coffee shops they suggested. Thanks

Fanatic hotel, nice rooms and great location. We arrived at 8am, and they had our room ready for us by 9am (check in is normally 2pm), and let us use the breakfast buffet whilst we waited. The staff even took the time to walk us through the map of the city, and gave recommendations of places to visit/eat

+1
We were very excited about our stay in this hotel because the pictures looked beautiful but once we arrived the actual hotel wasn’t quite like the pictures showed.
The entrance of the hotel is in the back of a small dark alley which meant that the balcony of our ‘Junior Suite’ looked directly into the balcony of apartments opposite giving no privacy at all so we had to keep our drapes closed the entire time.
The rooms were noisy due to the very thin walls and the overall finish left a lot to be desired. The breakfast was mediocre, not a lot of choice for those who do not want an Asian breakfast.
The hotel itself was clean and within a 10-minutes walk of the major attractions but it definitely didn’t live up to the 4 stars it claims to be. And when we told the staff about our experience and how we believed the pictures (that are actually drawings) didn’t accurately represent the hotel we were asked not to put a review online!
For us it was a quite disappointing stay and were glad to move on.

Such a great base for exploring Hanoi. Stayed here for a few nights and had a lovely time. Clean rooms and public areas, a simple yet sufficient breakfast with cereal, fruit and pho, and helpful reception staff who can arrange a laundry service, taxis, tours etc.

Spent two nights at the hotel and can definitely recommend it. The room was very clean and comfortable, got a good night sleep as it was very quiet. The staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful. The Breakfast buffet offers a lot of choices, we were even given a to-go box when our transfer to Sapa arrived early and we didn’t have time to eat breakfast at the hotel.

This hotel is located in a quiet corner of the old quarter. The staff is exceptional, both friendly and accommodating. Contact with them was easy over WhatsApp and they were able to get us a taxi from the airport with short notice, which I absolutely advise you arrange since there are a lot of scam taxis waiting for people just arriving to Vietnam. It’s in a great spot for walking and exploring the city. The bed is very firm, and so are the pillows.

We booked this hotel on booking.com after spending some time picking out a hotel. When we arrived, hoping to enjoy our last night treat from travelling we were told that there was a problem with the floor and we were going to get ‘upgraded’ to the sister hotel with a pool. I wasn’t happy with this anyway after spending looking at various hotels and picking one we would like. However as we were tired and we had plans for dinner we moved to the ‘sister’ hotel. After arriving at the hotel which took around 30 mins more with traffic at the time De ville Legend hotel it was not what we wanted at all and didn’t have a pool or facilities which we were shown. It was definitely not an ‘upgrade’. We have been so disappointed and our last night absolutely ruined. I am so upset I could cry to be honest. We were not given any remuneration for moving hotel and had to pay the same price. Also a lot of time wasted on our last night messing around with hotels instead of enjoying ourselves. I would definitely think twice if you were thinking about booking this hotel, it seems they may overbook on purpose to fill out other hotels in the area. Also be careful when people start mentioning ‘upgrades’ it’s more likely to be a scam.

Clean rooms, great breakfast, helpful English speaking staff, located in the heart of the old quarter of Hanoi. San was very welcoming and helpful in recommending sites that were within walking distance.
Don't let the narrow alley entrance way worry you. It was never an issue and the bonus of being off the street was the quiet, restful sleeps we had.
We would definitely stay here again.

No real views rom this hotel. We faced the side lane that the entry is off, but at level 5 didn't have any issues with noise
