This was our first stay in Vietnam and the staff were amazing, so helpful and happy to help organise things for us. Even went out of their way to make sure we got where we were going. Rooms are nice, simple and comfy. I would highly recommend as a good place to stay if you're looking for affordable quality.

Location is great, within walking distance to many sights and tourist areas, yet still out of the chaos of the old quarter. 3 minute walk to train station making it a great location if you arrive/depart by train. Staff was friendly and helpful, calling restaurants for us to make reservations, and offereing to help book onward travel. Unfortunately, our room... More

Staff here are so lovely and helpful, rooms are really clean and good quality, especially for the price. Hotel is on a bit of an odd back street but definitely walkable into the city. Nice little touch - they give you plate of fresh fruit when you arrive

I was very satisfied with this hotel. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Wifi worked fine, bathroom was always clean, room cleaned to a good standard and the staff were very helpful. There was always staff at reception, they were happy to assist with any directions and were so friendly. The breakfast was good too. Upon our arrival they... More

Day rate from 10AM until 6PM was $US15. Clean small room with window, wifi, fridge, nice shower, comfy bed, in-room safe, friendly staff, near local food and Temple of Literature. It's not fancy, but it beats traipsing around town with luggage all day until the night train departs. It's located about halfway along a one-block long market street alleyway, your... More

This hotel has the most excellent location only 5 min walk from the train station to go the station. Its works out great, the hotel is available for rent by the hour as well and its a perfect spot to drop off a location, have a hot shower, explore the heart of Hanoi (about 20min walk to the lake at... Thank you so much for making our holiday in Vietnam so memorable. Everything went without a hitch, (except the weather in Halong Bay)! Special thanks to the receptionist and Mr. Hoan, they really went the extra mile for us. We especially enjoyed our street food tour in hanoi with Mr. Hoan ( bellboy's hotel ). We would recommend hanoi view... More

We booked in to this hotel for a short stay between arriving in Hanoi fro.the Saps train and leaving the city. We went in to the hotel on our way to Sapa and arranged the stay. They were so helpful and they let us leave our luggage there for a while. We arrived at 6am and had the use of... More

The hotel is an oasis in the middle of an authentic Hanoi street market. While the rooms were spotlessly clean and modern, it was the staff and their level of service that made this hotel a fabulous place to stay. They couldn't do enough to help us. We booked two tours (Sapa and Halong Bay) through the hotel, which involved... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights at the start of our travels. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel which took us around an hour. It would be recommended to agree on a price with the driver before you get on to avoid being ripped off. The hotel is hidden in the middle of... More
