I’ve never written a review because I don’t really believe in them, but it’s difficult not to in this case. I booked for two nights, with my partner, a month before our stay, meaning we had a cheaper price (22$ a night for a deluxe room). When we arrived at the hotel we were very tired and wanted to go...

Located in the Old Quarter made all the shopping matters possible and within walking distance to lots of shop. Good Breakfast was provided. The best thing is I was given an upgrade to bigger family room without any charge and its viewing the quiet front road.

Very nice hotel with big family rooms. Breakfast was good and the location is great (not too busy outside). Close to the cathedral and in walkable distance to the lake. Lots of restaurants nearby. Good value for money.

To its credit, the hotel staff were extremely pleasant and the breakfast was tasty. As for the room itself, it wasn't the worst I've been in but we must have had one that was on the top of their to renovate list. The beds were ok. The noise coming in from outside was phenomenal. Banging, drilling, cars so on and...

The bed was like sleeping on a plank of wood. The bathroom was as well as the room was extremely small and grooty. The whole hotel could do with a face lift. The room was noisy in that we could hear the person in the next room on the phone as if he was in our room.

Lee helped me a lot and was very nice with my tour at Vietnam, because I felt a little bit lost and we spoke about two hours. Very patient with me, because my English is not perfect Awesome worker! I like people like him

I used this hotel as a base in Hanoi. First time I arrived they were overbooked and me and another person standing in the lobby had a reservation from Booking.com but there was only one room. I said I would give up the room for the other person but then the Manager refused to help me find another hotel as...

This hotel is very run-down and in desperate need of refurbishment. Whole hotel smells very musty. We had one of the front rooms that overlooked the busy street. The windows didn't close properly, so there was lots of street noise. Bathroom was very grotty and had no shower curtain. Bed was the hardest bed I've ever encountered. Both of us...

The only window in the room looked out to the public corridor. Room, apart from that was ok, but the bathroom wasn't. It wasn't particularly clean, the plug didn't work so you couldn't bathe, the shower head holder was broken and there was no paper provided

We had a booking in advance. The room we got was big because they upgraded us to a family room. Housekeeping was done perfectly, the breakfast was good and the manager is so friendly and helpful and he always has time to greet and chat with guests. We had always complimentary tea, coffee and water in the room and a...
