Lee helped me a lot and was very nice with my tour at Vietnam, because I felt a little bit lost and we spoke about two hours. Very patient with me, because my English is not perfect Awesome worker! I like people like him

I used this hotel as a base in Hanoi. First time I arrived they were overbooked and me and another person standing in the lobby had a reservation from Booking.com but there was only one room. I said I would give up the room for the other person but then the Manager refused to help me find another hotel as...

This hotel is very run-down and in desperate need of refurbishment. Whole hotel smells very musty. We had one of the front rooms that overlooked the busy street. The windows didn't close properly, so there was lots of street noise. Bathroom was very grotty and had no shower curtain. Bed was the hardest bed I've ever encountered. Both of us...

The only window in the room looked out to the public corridor. Room, apart from that was ok, but the bathroom wasn't. It wasn't particularly clean, the plug didn't work so you couldn't bathe, the shower head holder was broken and there was no paper provided

We had a booking in advance. The room we got was big because they upgraded us to a family room. Housekeeping was done perfectly, the breakfast was good and the manager is so friendly and helpful and he always has time to greet and chat with guests. We had always complimentary tea, coffee and water in the room and a...

Stayed here few days for our second trip in Viet Nam, hotel is clean and cozy. Staffs are friendly, semi buffet is a good idea for their low season. Location is convenient to walk aroud the area. However towels are not new enough to use, should be changed

Aquarius Hanoi Hotel does not have an elevator ( we were on the 5th floor ) our room was nice cause had a balcony, the breakfast its creepy to say the least, most likely when you have breakfast they are cleaning the entrance floor, therefore you are more likely to die frozen cause in the end of January its cold,...

Great little hotel with a nice Chinese feel. Good part of old quarter. Strongly recommend it but I do recommend people booking tours search around as they do use premium providers but costs be higher. :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

We stayed two nights at Aquarious Hanoi, but split as we visited Sapa for two nights in between our stays at the hotel. The first night was a shocking experience. We were on the top floor, and I am guessing it doesn't get used a lot as the room was in poor condition. The lock on the door didn't work...

The rate is cheap with free breakfast (all fresh and delicious), the staffs are friendly and accommodating, they can speak the English language well. The room we had is spacious. They also provide excellent and honest information about the tourist spots around Hanoi (fares, best way to go, other alternatives etc.). It is located inside the old quarters
