Unfortunately in this case you get what you pay for! Location was the best thing about this hotel as the rest of it is really ran down one of our least favourite places we have stayed in SE Asia! Staff were pleasant enough and helped us arrange a fantastic and reasonably priced trip to Halong bay! Hotel needs a lot...

The service was terrible, the owner of the hotel was rude and dishonest with prices.the room don't look same as the pictures, dirty place(the bed wasn't clean and the tower provided too, no hot shower and the wifi didn't work.I had the worst experience ever here in Asia.!!! Spend $2 more and go next door.

Staying this hotel at the top floor for four night. Amazing view and a quite charming room. Was a bit cold, but nothing a blanket couldn't handle. The hot water in shower had small interruptions. The staff was really helpful and made me feel very welcome. I had a really good stay. All in all very good value for the...

I have booked two nights at this hotel via booking.com on the day of my travel to Hanoi. After a long bus journey from Sapa, I turned up at the hotel and just to be told that they were fully booked and I had a go and find somewhere else to stay at 10.30 pm. The receptionist were so rude....

I made a reservation for Alibaba Hotel through tripadvisor's link to booking.com. When I arrived at the hotel they told me they were out of rooms. I told them I had a reservation, and they shrugged. I had even noted on my reservation what time I was going to arrive, and I was right on time. I would encourage you...

Rooms smell bad, walls are peeling, and the mattress had more broken springs poking at me then I have ribs. Location is ok and the place seems safe enough but these are the only positives. Also this is the only place i stayed at in vietnam that didn't have working internet.

Didnt have time to compare with the other hotels so we booked this one in rush which I was a bit regret. Paid 15usd for double bed with AC bathroom, wifi only works well on the first floor. We stayed in the room on the top floor, its probably the worst one when I traveled in Vietnam. I couldnt sleep...
